Was a great Condo, very easy walk to the beach area. everything was as stated by the owner. Sort was nearby and a short drive to restaurants. We were there for 40 days and felt like a local. the front desk folks were very helpful.

So glad you enjoyed your extended stay! After a bit, being a local has its perks and the lifestyle is great…. But even on a short visit the beach, pool and tennis facilities are for everyone. We hope you come back!

Beautiful condo and complex. Pool is large with lots of chairs and space. Beautiful inland waterway area. This location and complex is perfect as long as you can handle the road noise.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We are centrally located right across from Captain Curt's so there is the occasional road noise. We do have hurricane rated doors and windows so in the evenings it is very quiet.

I absolutely loved my stay in Siesta Key! The apartment was spacious, bright, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Everything was within walking distance — restaurants, shops, and the beach were all so close, which made it super convenient. The area felt safe and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the laid-back vib

Check in and out we’re great the condo was very good quite comfortable. There is a lot of traffic noise.The front desk staff were very friendly. And the emergency help line was very helpful when we called. Made sure our issue was resolved. We had very cold temperatures so did not get to utilize the pool but had great access getting to the beach to walk

Thank you for staying with us. Unfortunately, you did experience an unusual cold spell. Sorry about that. During the day, you can hear some road noise from the bridge. However, we installed all new hurricane rated windows and doors which eliminates any evening noise. We do, however, also have sound machines in each bedroom for those that require a little extra help falling asleep! So glad you enjoyed your stay with us

Summer Getaway in Siesta Key

We are a family of four, 2 adults and two children under seventeen. The condo was spacious with great outdoor space. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying our morning coffee taking in all of the beautiful views. Incredible proximity to the beach.

Great stay

Very nice property with great pool. Excellent location to beach and Trolly. Noises from the bridge and road in evening but earplugs work great at night.

Elaine - so glad you enjoyed our place! The pool is a special spot and was just refinished so it's sparkling! We do have white-noise machines in every bedroom that cuts down the occasional nighttime noises.

Nice spacious condo. We enjoyed our time there. The place was clean and well stocked. I appreciate that there are some items left behind such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. The beach chairs and cart were perfect. I recommend bringing or buying some cleaning items. I wish there was some windex in the unit- the dining room table is glass and there’s nothing to clean it with. I would return. The balcony is very sunny and hot in the mornings. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We used the grills one day and the grounds and pool are well kept. Overall it was a great trip. We did struggle with allergies from the beautiful oak trees on the property.

Highly reco staying at the Anchorage Property

Stayed on the 5th floor on the side of the canal. We could people watch from our balcony the tourist going to n from beach. A simple / easy walk to the private gate entry to the beach. Condo had a big wheeled buggy making it very easy to carry beach towels, chairs, snacks n drinks.

Great Stay At Siesta Keys

Great property just across the street from the beach with private and very easy beach access. We enjoyed our stay very much, stayed with 2 kids. Property also has a nice big pool. The apartment itself is very comfortable with beach umbrella, chairs and a beach wagon for easy transport to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in wonderful location

We loved our stay at The Anchorage. It’s a perfect location on the south end of the island, right near restaurants, a market and the private beach access was great. Kevin was prompt in answering any questions we had. The Anchorage property itself was quiet, clean and well kept. Staff in the office were friendly. Loved the tennis and pickleball courts, pool areas was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I don’t know why Vrbo wants me to resubmit this review stating it has nothing to do with the property. It has everything to do with the property. What are you talking about? If it’s a mention of the global vacations that is who I needed to communicate with upon arrival so whoever booked this property in the future needs to know that and they also need to know that global vacations was not very helpful. That is part of this property when you rent it.We booked this property through VRBO and the owner, Kevin, was simply superb. Hands down, I seriously doubt you could beat the price for the location. It isn’t on the beach side; but they do have a private beach access, only a moments walk away. The building and grounds are well maintained. (Watch out for the pointless yellow stiles though, one severely jacked up the back bumper and quarter panel of my jaguar. I’m not sure why they’re there. The only thing beneath it was crushed shell and a couple pavers. I would believe most folks would rather replace pavers than their vehicle.) The condo was superb, we lacked nothing. Using the grocery delivery service was so very helpful. Slightly pricier than having done it yourself; but you seriously can’t beat the convenience of a packed kitchen upon arrival. There aren’t many cooking pots and pans, but we certainly managed. I would recommend ear foam for sleeping. Being so close to a four lane roadway, you hear a lot. Nonetheless, we managed and the black out curtains were a night save

Amazing Condo Across the Street from the Beach!!!

The unit was obviously remodeled very recently. Everything was very new and very clean. We loved the condo wide balcony. They had WiFi and cable tv to keep everyone happy during down time. The daiquiri deck is literally across the street. We frequented it almost daily. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to stay on Siesta Key.

As advertised

Our stay was great! The property is very clean and the pool is well-maintained. You can't beat the beaches! The bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It's nice that there are chairs and a beach wagon. There are also pool towels provided. You can walk to restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend it!

Great location. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the beach, etc.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a bit dirty inside. Under the beds and couches, and the couches had stains. Sliding glass doors don’t lock, but not really an issue. The wagon, chairs and beach accessories were a huge plus!

Jeni - We're glad you enjoyed the beach accessories! We just recently purchased the unit and we do know that the couches need replaced. That will happen soon. Very nice property. Nice location, my only complaint is the furniture is not "all new" as advertised. The furniture in the sitting area is very uncomfortable. Only recliner is uncomfortable dirty and itchy, I had to drape it with a sheet to feel comfortable sitting on it. The master mattress sinks in the middle terribly. Could use better mattress and furniture.

Thank you so much for your feedback - turns out the center leg of the master bed was out of alignment. All fixed! You are right, the recliner is a bit itchy, but all the other furniture was replaced within the last year. We also just updated the furniture in the guest bedroom. Great Stay!

Really enjoyed the stay at Anchorage. Private beach access was nice. Property workers were nice. Especially the tall gentleman that always seemed to be available at just the right time to answer questions. My only suggestion would be to have a folding chair in the laundry room. It also would have been nice if the sauna was working. Otherwise, it was nice. I would stay there again.

Condo is awesome

The condo is bigger than expected! Clean and nice. Wish I would have noticed the sound machines before the last few days. They perfectly drown out the road noise from the bridge traffic.
