We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved spending our mornings on the screened in porch and our evenings unwinding after a full day by the water. The host was clear and communicative from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful, memorable beach trip. We’d love to come back again!

Our golf group has been visiting the area for 6 years and this property has been the most enjoyable. We loved the large open main floor, tremendous kitchen space, along with a spacious living and dining area. Enjoying beverages in the enclosed porch is mandatory. The property was spotless. The amenities all first class and in working order. Our stay was impacted by the unruly nor'eastern and a full moon. No golf, no chance to enjoy the kayaks or outdoor grill, etc. We appreciated the host staying in constant contact with our group due to high tidal concerns of Bethany Bay. Highly recommend this property as our 5 star rating shows.

Great experience.Great location.Place was perfect for us. Six adults and two children, 7 and 5.Well equipped with anything that you could possibly need throughout the house.Easy communication with the owners.Elevator was very convenient.I spent most of the time on one of the many balconies, when we were at the home.Will hopefully return.

An incredible house! The elevator was great for unpacking. We had 14 people staying there and it didn't feel too cramped. Well equipped for house, water, and beach fun. Also a well-stocked kitchen for cooking for a large group. They truly thought of everything! The only drawback is the minimal storage for personal items in the bedroom with bunkbeds, but we made it work by utilizing the loft alcove. We docked our 17' power boat, but it was a bit tricky with their lift and jet ski dock in place. Luckily all worked out. The bonus was a really nice outdoor shower under the house. (Would be nice to include pic of that.)

We spent a week in this beautiful home. Check in and out was simple and everyone enjoyed the stunning sunsets and water access for kayaking.

Beautiful location

We loved everything about staying here. The waterfront views on the front and back were breathtaking and all the amenities made for a vacation where you don’t have to leave the home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great house on the bay. We were able to paddleboard and kayak right off the dock. Lots of space for two families. Teens loved the pool table.

Great place for your group of all ages

Great trip - property is well stocked and wellmaintained. It has eveything you need. Owners are very attentive and make sure your trip goes smoothly. Location is great - private neighborhood on the canal but still less than 10 min from Bethany Beach and less than 30 min from Rehobeth Beach.

Amazing family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better getaway. The house was truly immaculate when we arrived!! Every room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed to feel right at home. It's clear the owners take great pride in providing a first-class experience for their guests and we couldn’t have been more appreciative!One of the things we loved most was the location. It’s situated on a quiet dead-end street, surrounded by the bay and a canal for small boats. It was incredibly relaxing to sit outside, enjoy the surroundings, and unwind around a large, beautiful fire pit.We spent several evenings gathered around the fire pit, enjoying the ambiance, and quality family time. Just feet away was an outdoor grill and burner, which allowed us to cook dinner, and make homemade funnel cakes. There is nothing quite like enjoying delicious treats outdoors in such a beautiful setting.When we arrived, the host left us a goodie bag, filled with s’mores ingredients & other items. This was a wonderful, unexpected surprise, that truly reflected their attention to detail and hospitality! We didn't have the opportunity to make s'mores during our stay, but we enjoyed making them the following weekend.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way!! During our drive home, we realized we left a large Stanley cup. Before we even had a chance to contact the owners, they packaged it, and UPS’d it back to us.

Great Views, Great Times

We had a wonderful stay on the bay! The house was beautiful and great for our multigenerational family. Plenty of room especially with all of the outdoor areas. From kitchen to beach, the house was stocked with everything you needed. Victor was extremely responsive. A great place to stay!

Excellent stay

We booked this property for a few days and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The canal location, access to golf and shopping, in addition to the very well appointed house made this an enjoyable time for all. The owners are extremely responsive and the kitchen/bar area has everything you can possibly need. House was immaculate and the outdoor amenities are well thought out and were put to good use.

50th Birthday celebration

The entire experience was excellent. From the owners to the beautiful well equipped house. A great location for all of our needs. The amenities from the pool table, kayaks and the outdoor kitchen were amazing. The elevator was very nice touch and very useful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful & Well Appointed Home

This beautiful home sits on the canal with spectacular sunset views! The house is well appointed with everything needed, and then some! We didn't have time to enjoy all that was offered, but hope to be able to return for more time there. This was our first trip to Bethany Beach, and this house made our trip most enjoyable. We appreciated all of the care given by the owner to make our visit a memorable one. Great restaurants nearby as well!

Great Week

We liked this house a lot. So many extras were included which surprised us. We had fun putting a jigsaw puzzle together, using the kayaks and doing lots of fishing. Our group of 12 had lots of space and enjoyed the screened in porch daily. The sunset out front was amazing. We had a great week.
