This is an amazing neighborhood and this is a well laid-out casita. I stayed at a different casita in the same area. This one makes a better use of space and doesn’t feel cramped at all. The kitchen is great. The bathroom is beautiful. The bed was hotel quality.

This property was clean and fairly priced with very easy access to the airport and downtown Phoenix. This is the perfect, quaint little property for a couple to relax in when visiting the Phoenix area. Highly recommend.

This is a must for couples who are looking for a comfortable getaway . It was close to everything we wanted to do but definitely need a car if you do t want to roast in July heat. The room was clean and had an atmosphere of upper elegance. From the frosted doors, mood lighting, and wonderful shower one could not ask for any better accommodations. The whole experience feels like a spa day leaving you with a serene rested feeling.The hosts were communicative and responsive to make sure our stay was truly unforgettable. I will recommend this stay to any couple looking to relax and feel complete comfort.

Everything was just great. Clean, modern, comfortable, nicely appointed. It was a short stay to visit friends and family. I would stay again when I'm back in Phoenix. Hosts were communicative through vrbo, but respectful of privacy.

We love this property and have stayed several times and everything is usually great! This time the owner was out of town and communicating was delayed and couple things needed addressed but we handled it! I would suggest if they are going to be gone that they get someone to fill in for them?The location is great for our needs we have regular appointments at St Joseph’s Hospital which is 3 minutes from the cottage so works for us! Probably will be back!

Clean, nice bathroom, and kitchenette. I was surprised not to be offered a kitchen towel, tissues, or enough (non decorative) bath towels for the number of guests noted. Overall, the space was nice, and the host was very responsive. Would stay again.

A quaint stay in a great location.

I had a lovely stay in the carriage house. I was in Phoenix for work and needed something centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the hosts were lovely and great with communication. I’d highly recommend this stay for solo travelers.

A wonderful weekend getaway spot

We were in town for a quick weekend at a local golf tournament, and our stay was just lovely from start to finish. Seamless check-in process, a well-stocked mini-kitchen with amenities, and everything we could have needed for our short stay. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever in town and in search of a centrally located place to rest your head while out exploring the surroundings.

If you are looking for a five star overnight stay, and for a quick sleep and shower, this is the place for you. Tucked away in the Encanto neighborhood, the Carriage House has a lot to offer, highly recommend!

My sister and I stayed one night, and we were impressed with how easy check in was and the overall quality of the place. It was extremely clean, bed very comfortable, and was stocked with everything we needed for the night. Thank you again!
