I really enjoyed the convenient location of this property and the ease of access to those activities I had planned in Cincinatti. It was refreshing to know that at the end of a long day I was only minutes away in light traffic to get to my VRBO in a quiet neighborhood with no distractions. Made for some comfortable and restorative nights between the busy days. Plus the accomodations were clean and came with everything I would need for a short stay. I hope to visit Cinci again soon and will ask about this property as my first choice.

First off, we didn't get to stay here due to previous occupants trashing the place but as soon as the host was aware he sprang into action and contacted me and just shifted us to another property he hosts. It was seamless. Seth was a fantastic host and the property we did stay at was clean, comfortable, and convenient for everything we were in town for.This property, the one we actually stayed at, or anything Seth hosts is a sure bet and I'll probably always check if he has something available when we are in town.

Awesome place

This property is clean, comfortable, and the host is super responsive. It was also a short 15 minute walk to Xavier and the grocery store/fast food, which is exactly what we needed. I would 100% stay here again.

Second Stay

This was our second stay with this host and both rentals have been clean and perfect location for all my Dr appts. He’s been great to accommodate our dates needed also.

Everything was as described in the description and the property manager was great to work with. It was very comfortable for my dog and I. I would highly consider rebooking again.

Weekend stay in Cincinnati for Octoberfest and baseball. The house is very nice and comfortable for two people. There is a dog park just down the street. It’s short drive to downtown Cincinnati. Parking is on the street and we were able to find parking spots within the block. You may need to walk a little ways with your luggage. Communication with host was great.

Easy, clean, cozy place to stay.

Place was great. It was nice being near a park for my dog. Laundry wasn’t available, would have been nice to have had that as an option. Lock pad code isn’t provided until right at check-in time (4pm).

It was ok. No parking. Surrounded by no parking signs. Items were not stocked as listed. Coffee, creamer, sugar and filters was absent. In bedroom window and ac unit was in it, not in picture. Right side was open allowing open exposure at night when light on. No privacy in a bedroom. Sheets were dirty as if maybe cleaned and thrown on floor before putting on bed. Bed is not wrapped to prevent transfer of bed bugs. Main bedspread was dirty, not as bad as sheets . Found wood pieces, gravel and lint in bed. Missing light bulb on far side of bed, can’t see. Couch in living smelled of mildew. Basement door to washer area was not lockable. Refrigerator had a water pitcher that was cracked and leaked out everywhere. As soon as open door everything was dirty. Light didn’t even work to see in stairwell. Backyard is not accessible to use at all( patio/garden) has not been maintained at all. Unfortunately, it was a concert weekend. Hotels booked unless wanted to pay additional 275 and up for a room more than 30 mins away. I guess, you get what you pay for. I would not rent again. Seth did try to help as best as he could. He was limited as if felt, doesn’t live locally. Internet went out late Friday night. Never worked again.

Location / Parking is Poor!

This listing is in a rough section of town. There's no place to park aside from the street, and the owner says park there at your own risk. There's only an old window a/c unit. It is clean and well kept, we will say that, however we decided to leave after a few minutes and went to find a hotel instead. We are requesting the cleaning fee be refunded back to us, since nothing would've required any cleaning. It says near Xavier and that may be true, but certainly is not walking distance for most people. Couples, you may want to steer clear unless you're comfortable risking your car getting towed.

Not what we expected

When we pulled up to the property, it wasn’t in the greatest of areas. But that wasn’t my concern, my concern was there was massive amounts of construction going on, and all the roads around this place were tore up. When I called the host, he claimed to know nothing about it. However, there are three outside cameras on the property that he also claimed he doesn’t use. When I asked him to refund us, he refused, said it was because I didn’t like the area or the house. We hadn’t even gone into the house yet. Obviously, that was the furthest from the truth because we ended up staying. But he didn’t offer a refund until I told him I was just going to reach out to VRBO and have them resolve the issue. We were told we could park on the side of the house at our own risk, but that wasn’t even feasible because the amount of construction they were doing there was about a foot and a half drop off from the road level to where they had the cement tore up. We ended up staying, but did leave a day early and lost out on a full day that we had already paid for. In my opinion, if somebody is hosting a VRBO, they need to have a little bit of compassion for people that are staying in their places.. It was not what we expected, we did not expect there to be all this construction, or we would’ve stayed somewhere else. It was quite noisy with everybody having to drive by, and driving over all the metal plates all night long.
