Excellent property. Seems to have been recently and tastefully remodeled. VERY clean! Terrific location right on The beach and within walking distance of restaurants, etc. Very comfortable furniture. Nice deck.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. It was right on the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. A few things to note- the listing says there is a bathtub in the second bathroom and there is not. The water pressure in both showers was way too light for an effective shower. The mattress on the lower portion of the bunk beds is due to be replaced. It was very lumpy and had a huge divot. These things aren't deal breakers, but would have made the visit even better.

Beautiful location. Definitely beach front! Parking was easy. There were plenty of beach chairs for our crew, and an umbrella. The appliances were cute and worked great plus they provided enough dishes for all, every appliance we needed, and a welcome kit with some soap. The washer/dryer is a must for a beach trip.

We have stayed in this condo 2 times and love it. It's in the perfect location. You can walk to many shops and restaurants, and you are right on the beach. It's clean and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful beachfront stay with everything you could need within walking distance or free trolley distance. Enjoyed sitting on the beach balcony in the shade after Long Beach days in the sun. Walking trail in the mornings was perfect. Great food within 5 min walk. Perfect girls getaway with my mom and sister

Perfect location, super cute and clean condo!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and decorated super cute. We loved being able to easily walk over to Bridge Street to eat and also be right on the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like inside. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the deck while watching the dolphins play in the ocean. The view of the sunset each night was beautiful too. We loved the beach. The condo had beach chairs and an umbrella available. We will be back.

Bradenton Beach House

The property was beautiful. It was right on the beach and we could walk to restaurants and all downtown areas. It was quiet and clean. Could not have asked for a nicer location!

Perfect location, weather, and accommodations!

Loved the ocean view off the balcony as well as proximity to Bridge Street. Walking distance to retail shops, restaurants, and bike rentals. Very clean and well appointed condo. Would definitely love to return in the future.

Beautiful view, perfect location.

The view was spectacular all day with sunrise and sunset being amazing. Arrived Saturday, parked the car and did not move it until the next Saturday when we left. Excellent restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

This property is absolutely beautiful!! Loved sitting outside listening to the waves in the morning Or evening. Direct beach access was amazing and Any issues resolved quickly! Hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful view

The location was perfect- right on the beach. The living space was comfortable - sheets and pillows need upgrading for the price. Also, the kitchen should have a working can opener, toaster, and salt and pepper, etc for the price.

Family beach trip

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo was just perfect for our family of four. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. The condo was nicely updated, well-decorated, and comfortable. The view from the balcony at all times of the day, especially sunset, was gorgeous and so relaxing. We are still missing those sunsets! The proximity to the beach was especially amazing and made visits there extremely easy. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we loved this property. The view was incredible, the patio had nice furniture to enjoy breakfast and sunsets, and the location was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk bed set up as well. Being right next to Bridge St allowed us to walk to the shops, pier, and restaurants. The beach was relatively quiet and the property had some beach and water toys for our kids. It was also a 5 minute drive to Manatee beach which was an excellent public beach. The only minor con was live music noise from Bridge Street until 10 pm and construction noise in the morning from across the street. These minor things didn’t bother us too much. Overall great stay and we would return if a future vacation brought us back to AMI.
