This is a beautiful property and our family had a wonderful time. Aside from the hot tub not working most of our trip, everything was great. It was the relaxing getaway we all needed.

It sounds like Casa Muratti by Anna Maria Vacations was just the relaxing escape your family needed, Gina! We’re so happy you enjoyed the beautiful property and had such a wonderful time together. We’re sorry the hot tub wasn’t available for most of your stay, especially when it was part of your plans for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding and are glad the rest of the home helped make your vacation a memorable one. We’d love to welcome your family back for another peaceful stay on Anna Maria Island!

My son plays Division One football. Due to his summer practice schedule we opted to take our vacation early. The house was beautiful, beaches were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay we will be back next year.

There is furniture that has rusted such as the patio high top table and cannot be used. There are two wicker chairs on the main veranda that are falling apart due to rust and weathered wear. The toilet lid in the downstairs bathroom is also broken so we just didn’t close it. It is apparent that the unit was sprayed for insects because there were piles of bugs in the laundry room and in the bathtub in the master suite.Other than that, the cleanliness was good and the house cleaner even came back to do a second round on the main suite’s shower. The location is excellent because it is close to Pine Avenue and Gulf, and the pool once it was also cleaned on our third day, was loved. It’s great proximity with a small walk to the beach.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on Casa Muratti by Anna Maria Vacations, Michelle. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and that the pool and easy walk to the beach were highlights of your stay. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance items to our attention. The toilet seat has since been replaced, and we’ll continue reviewing the outdoor furniture to ensure it’s in good condition for future guests. Regarding the insects, the home is regularly treated as part of our pest prevention program, and occasionally you may see nonliving pests following service. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall and hope to welcome you back to the island again soon!

House was very dated. Pool didn't heat for first two days. Black mold in dishwasher, sink, on some dishes, and on windowsills. One toilet had issues. Basically, the house could really use an upgrade.
