Everything was excellent, and the property's amenities were superb. The only suggestion I have is to provide blankets in the rooms for people who get cold easily—like me—and to increase the power of the kitchen exhaust fan. Otherwise, it was a 5-star experience.

We found our beach home. Its at a close distance from the beach and close to a lot of stores and groceries. The house was super clean and very comfortable for the whole family. if you like loud music or are very noisy, this is not the home for you. We were able to have a great family time and will def be back.

Family Vacation

This property had everything we needed for a family vacation. It was spacious and the property was well maintained and conveniently located for beach visits, shopping and restaurants. We had a great stay!

Great place and location! The neighborhood was quiet and had a safe feeling to it. Very close to the beach and lots of good restaurants. The place itself was well stocked, clean and fun. Great outdoor dining area and the outdoor seating on and off the pool was very relaxing. Rooms were very clean. Pool table was fun for a relaxing evening. Would recommend this location for families or any other type of group travel.

This property was amazing from the layout, to the pool, to the amenities provided. The house was super clean and the host was very responsive to all questions/concerns. The local attraction interactive map was also very helpful.

Wonderful place to stay

We had an excellent time at house. The outdoor space is simply amazing. The home was very clean and well taken care of. The location of this house is super convenient to beaches and shops. Jenny was the most responsive host we have ever had, they were top notch hosts! We would absolutely recommend staying here again.

Florida Family Trip

The property was very beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and short outings to the beach. We decided at the last minute to extend our stay and the owners were very accommodating as well as Vrbo for assistance in this extra night! I cannot say enough about how nice this property was!!

Perfect and homey

My husband and I took our family to Florida for their Xmas gift this year and this a wonderful place to stay. It was very accommodating, so clean and offered so many amenities including paper products, spices, bathroom necessities and much more. It was a great location. My girls loved the pool area and the outdoor tub was a hit! Overall it was fabulous!

Winter escape

We loved the pool and the size of the house and yard. It is well stocked with bedding and kitchen dishes etc. We got immediate attention when we needed it. The house is close to the beach. GT Bray sports facility and stores.

Wonderful home

Wonderful house with all the amenities. The owner was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. The beds were very comfortable which is always a worry when away from home. Our stay was 1-month and we felt very "at home". The pool and backyard are beautifully maintained. Highly recommend this to anyone.

Thanksgiving Vacation

We wanted to stay in Bradenton where many of our extended family lives. The house was in the perfect location. It was a wonderful setting for our Thanksgiving. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. The special touches throughout the house made it feel like a home away from home. They even sent a Thanksgiving basket which was above and beyond in terms of hospitality. We will definitely book this home again and highly recommend it.

Nicely decorated

We stay in VRBOs quite often, so I feel I’m coming from a place where I can compare this to other properties and experiences we’ve had. First of all the hosts were very professional. The property had been partially renovated, but the windows, door-wall to the lanai, and kitchen were older and somewhat worn. The backyard was beautiful and well maintained (a really pleasant space). Shower water pressure was somewhat of an issue in all bathrooms. Beds were ok. It was a nice stay.

The property was excellent and we loved our stay there. The game room with the pool table was a great add-in especially since we got some pretty rainy days during our stay. The pool was heated and we could spend some time playing in the pool despite the cold weather. Kids loved the pool table and the pool. My wife loved the kitchen because was fully equipped with everything you may need (from pots and pans, glasses and plates to the condiments). It was clean and everything was functioning properly. We also got to use the grill outside, as well as the pool an beach accessories (despite the cold weather). The neighbourhood is quiet but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, IMG Academy and Ana Maria Island and beaches over there. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful and surprised us with a nice gift for Christmas. Kids loved it very much We would love to come back to the area and we would definitely rent the same place. We also recommend it for everyone with a big family willing to spend a week or more in Bradenton. I can only imagine how nice is to spend it in the spring or summerr

Nothing short of amazing!

Jenny and Kenny were amazing hosts and their home was well stocked to make it feel like a home away from home. We have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this one was by far the BEST experience overall-and that’s despite a hurricane coming ashore. Truly the house is amazing. Someone comes and puts your trash out on trash day, the lawn people come and take amazing care of the landscaping, the pool is kept up by a professional team and it was crystal clear and we loved spending hours in it each day. The location is great! It’s close to the beach (a 15 minute drive) and our favorite little local spot to eat “Sweetberries” There was plenty of room for us all and the house was very clean! There were little things like a Costco size supply of trash bags, tinfoil, laundry soap and more that made the stay easy. There were beach chairs and pool floats plus a nice grill outside available for use. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor bathtub and shower too. The house was nice and cool with the a/c working well. Linens were nice and clean and the memory foam mattresses were SO comfy. I am sure I am forgetting some of the great highlights, but we loved our time at Royal Eden and are already looking for a time to come visit again. Thank you Kenny and Jenny!
