We were so pleased with the private drive access leading to the beautiful home. This property had so much room, all the amenities you could ask for, peace and quiet. We loved that it was pet friendly also. The host was very nice and responded to all inquiries quickly. I’ll be back!!

Perfect Family Retreat

Stayed here with my family and grandpup for a little more than week. Perfect location. We enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings on the porch. Super clean, spacious property, responsive host, well stocked kitchen. A short walk or drive to Seneca Lake boat dock. Near many local attractions. Very relaxing and perfect for a family getaway! Our first time at the Fingerlakes. We all agreed we would return!

Family Get Away

The place was exactly as it looked in the App. Greg was more than gracious when I reached out for guidance on something I should have figured it. Beautiful, scenic, and close to everything. We plan on coming back.

Great Location for Finger Lakes with Plenty of Room

We stayed here with 5 adults and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house was clean and comfortable. The location is very nice as it is close to a lot of various activities. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The dogs loved the porch too! If you are visiting the Finger Lakes, I would recommend this property.

Great property !

Everything was perfect. It rained a lot during our stay but we had a good time anyway. I loved the deck overlooking the lake ! Greg, the host was very responsive. Maybe could have more lighting between the driveway and the door.

This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. Our dog loved running free in the yard and taking walks on the lane behind the house. Great place to unwind and relax.

Fabulous sanctuary!

This is a beautiful home nestled down a quiet lane with gorgeous views, lots of outdoor living space, and a homey feel. The bunk room was perfect for my children and allowed me to get a little work done in the office before the long weekend. Close to the lake, boat launch, wineries, hiking trails, etc. I was happily surprised that Watkins Glen, Penn Yan, and Geneva are all a short drive away. The host was very easy to deal with. I highly recommend!

Fantastic Finger Lakes Retreat

My wife and I visited this property for the eclipse. It was the home away from home we were looking for. Located at the end of a short dirt road it was peaceful and quiet. A huge back yard for our pups to explore along with several deer which visited frequently. The heated/air conditioned bunk house/office was a great escape for the grandkids and also for me when I wanted to get a little work done. The property is not right on the lake, but has a great view, and we found there is a landing at the bottom of the road where we could hang out by the lake, do some fishing, or even launch a boat from the public ramp there. Finally, this property is right in the middle of the Finger Lakes wine industry, so there are many wineries to visit and enjoy great wines, food and breathtaking views. Greg was a great host who was very responsive to our queries and was very helpful.
