Super comfortable bedding. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped.We were there when it was hot, the A/C was very inefficient it was pretty miserable.There is only street parking and that’s very limited.There is an abundance of crows in the whole neighborhood.The photos of the property were AI generated. We were disappointed.

This cottage was conveniently located to our needs in Irvine and Newport Beach. The kitchen was equipped with a good variety of utensils, dishes, and cooking pans. We were grateful for the pantry items, filtered water pitcher, and ready made ice. The interior was comfortable, the large porch with bubble fountain was relaxing. We saw a hummingbird visit the fountain while enjoying our morning coffee. The ability to do laundry was very appreciated.

We loved our stay! The house was a great size with plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen necessities. The neighborhood was in the perfect spot and street parking easy to come by. The fenced yard was beautiful and made it convenient to let our dog out to potty. We would absolutely stay here again!

The home was just as the pictures show. Very nice family neighborhood also. I have stayed in many and this is the first one in a while that wasn't loved to death. Or the management company wasn't checking on the cleaning crew.I highly recommend this property.

This is a lovely house is a great neighborhood. Only blocks away is a terrific coffee shop and restaurant. It also has a nice outdoor seating area. The one downside, and it didn’t bother us, was the sound of departing aircraft from nearby John Wayne Airport. Will definitely stay there again when visiting our UC Irvine daughter

Great stay in a charming home.

This cozy home was perfect for our holiday family gathering. It was fully appointed with all the things one might possibly need for a stay. The backyard neighbors were incredibly kind and helpful.

The house was great. The property manager was great. The location was great. We very much enjoyed this home. Highlight was sitting in the front yard with a coffee in the morning.

Our family of 7 had a great time for our Disneyland getaway. This house is very conveniently located just minutes from John Wayne Airport and is only a quick 20 mins to the park in time to make rope drop

Amazing home in the perfect location!

This is the perfect little neighborhood to move into for long-term stays. It's close to the highways and just up the road from Newport Beach. The house has nice amenities and is super clean. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Family visit

Nice property that was well equipped for our multi-generational family visit. Good communication from property manager. Be aware that it is street parking only and there is noise from the nearby airport (the pros and cons of the convenience!). Overall a good stay!

Well stocked, clean, spacious!!

Well stocked, very clean, spacious, and close to the beach, back bay, and shopping / restaurants. Street parking was easy. There is airplane noise during the day, but none from 10pm to 7am. Very nice place overall. Would definitely stay again!
