Lisa was a wonderful guest. She was clean, responsive and did everything a good guest can do like start the laundry and dishwasher. She was very considerate. I would always invite her back.

Great location, lovely decor and amenities.

Perfect end of summer family getaway. Will be even better for kids when the pool is completed but hot tub was enjoyed. Linda was responsive and helpful.

Amazing Aspen

This trip was our Christmas. 2024 was a very rough year for my family. The condo was beautiful and so convenient to everything. Ms. Linda was such a pleasure to deal with and made our stay one we will never forget.

Best Location in Aspen

Although the unit is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the layout is not ideal for 2 couples… it is better suited for a couple and a child. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. The bathrooms are updated as well. The unit has nice storage and beautiful outdoor area. The unit is in an A++ location dor walkability and the owner manager is exceptional!!!

Nice ski trip!

Excellent place and location! Very clean, everything as advertised, the owner very responsive.Centrally located and walking distance to everything, next to the Limelight which has nice Jazz by the fireplace and light dinner every day after skiing.Loved the decor and plenty of blankets and towels to stay warm, walk in shower.Sonos sound systems and TVs that work well with Cable.Marble countertops and modern kitchen. One parking spot if needed.Will definitely return!

LOCATION, PRIVATE POOL, HOT TUB!!!

This VRBO is a beautiful condo located in the heart of Aspen. We literally can walk to every restaurant & shopping venue within 1 to 5 blocks. It’s perfect & convenient. It’s a 2 bath 2 bedroom, full kitchen, living area. Great for couples or small families. There was an issue with maintenance being done during our stay, but the property manager was very helpful & apologetic & even offered free nights for a future stay. This was our 2nd time to this VRBO & there will be a 3rd. Highly recommend!

Six Weeks during the Summer 2022

We had a very nice stay at this condo for an extended stay of 6 weeks. Great location...especially for Food & Wine in June. Close to all of the restaurants and hiking trails. I parked our car when we arrived and didn't get back in until the morning that we left. Linda, the host, has equipped the condo with everything one would need to make home cooked meals or grill on the large patio. Linda was helpful in arranging us to be able to contact with housekeeping help for mid visit cleaning. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great place to stay

Comfortable and Luxurious Home in the a great Location, a short walk to the Gondola! I had a wonderful stay here. I couldn’t ski due to an injury but I came to enjoy Aspen anyway, and was able just to relax and take in the beautiful views of Aspen both from walking around the town and from just lounging around in the apartment. This beautiful apartment has every amenity that I could need, including wonderful light and airy bedrooms, internet access, TVs in all rooms, access to Jacuzzi, fire place and a large very comfortable couch for me to rest my injured leg. I particularly enjoyed cooking in and sitting around the oversized coffee table. I truly had a wonderful relaxing time, and hope to stay there again soon.

Aspen Core

Rented for a month. Great location on the west side of the core. Construction across the parking lot was a bit annoying at times, but should be completed shortly, if not already (exterior work almost done). Second bedroom really isn’t a bedroom. Small den with a Murphy bed. So the unit is more ideal for a single couple, or family with one or two small children, and not two couples. Linda was incredibly responsive and great to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent condo in perfect location!

Everything about this condo was as advertised. Beautifully decorated - especially the shower. The bed was huge and comfortable. Kitchen was amply stocked with any cooking utensils needed. Nice back patio for relaxing before dinner. Perfect place for a couple or maybe 3 or 4 friends as the two bathrooms are separated by a sliding door with the shower on one side and the bathtub on the other (bathtub is gorgeous though and does have a handheld!). My boyfriend and I appreciated the location to everything the Aspen Food and Wine Classic offered. Truly no car needed! Check in was easy - we got in late so entered the code and we were in. Owner checked in with us to make sure we got in ok. We would DEFINITELY stay here again when we come back to Aspen.

Gorgeous place, killer location, service unpleasant

We were in town for a wedding and decided to split this place with one other couple rather than book one of the pricey local hotels. This felt like a nice compromise because it was fancy (read: not cheap) but more reasonable than a hotel. The place was right in the center of town, a 5 min walk to the mountain, and it was very nice. My one complaint on the place itself is while it has two "full" bathrooms one of them is only a bath so if you are a group of 4 you have to share one shower. So here's why it only gets three stars (should maybe even be two): 1) the security deposit cost 6x the cost of one nights stay which is just outlandish, I elected to put the money up rather than another insurance fee, not sure how on earth anyone could ever do that much worth of damage; 2) The cleaning fee is the most expensive cleaning fee I've seen for a place this small, I find it hard to believe any maid is charging that much, either the owner is getting over charged for cleaning or they are skimming some of this fee themselves; 3) the listing advertised a pool and hot tub in the complex, we were told one day before the rental they were "being worked on" in reality they are currently cement holes in ground and are months from being finished at this point (August 2016); 4) Mid way through our stay the owner asked if she could show the place to someone else while we were in it, I expressed some hesitation and asked if she'd be willing to cover the cleaning fee in return (and recognizing that the pool/hot tub was not as advertised), she backed off; I was pretty miffed at the request given how much we were paying; 5) Prior to arrival I was asked for a photo copy of my drivers license, my home address, and employment verification; this is a weekend vacation rental, not an application to the CIA. Overall I just had a really unpleasant experience dealing with the landlord/owner. I see there are a ton of positive reviews describing her "stellar service" etc. I just did not have that experience. She did keep offering us "services" and "help booking things" but that all just felt like upsell to me rather than hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda’s property! The location is excellent and it perfectly suited my son and I. Linda was always timely and responsive if I had any questions and it was so convenient to be on the first floor. The unit is on the corner so the light and windows are unobstructed. There is a great sound system, TV’s in every room and it was just perfect for the two of us!This unit has direct access to the pool and a hot tub- which my son used often. It also has a parking space directly in front for easy access. We enjoyed every minute and you can’t find a better location right in the center of it all! A wonderful month long stay!!

A home away from home….

This condo has the perfect location (walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stops, gondola/ski lifts Ajax Mointain….). And the best part is waking up to the most amazing /breathtaking view of the mountain! We can’t wait to come back and explore/experience summer days here!

The property was excellent: -perfect in town location but quiet -easy to walk to skiing and restaurants -property was exactly as presented - kitchen was perfect, great deck space with grill and space to relax right next to hot tub -would 100% repeat -owner could not have been nicer or more communicative/responsive

Adam was the perfect renter. We communicated easily as needed. He was excellent. There was not one moment I didn't feel perfectly comfortable with Adam renting. He is always invited back.

Prime Aspen Location

We had a wonderful stay in Aspen at Linda's condo. The location is perfect within a few minutes walk of restaurants, stores, parks and close to the ski mountain. The condo is ideal for a couple or small family, but I feel would not be suitable for two couples. The master bedroom is good size with ample closet and storage space. The second bedroom is really a den with a Murphy bed that converts to a working desk, a nice convenience if one needs to work during your stay. The second bedroom would be small for an adult couple and does not directly connect to a bathroom. The two bathrooms are good size but are in an unusual arrangement of being directly connected. with a rolling door between them. One has a shower and the other tub. Both connect to the master bedroom and are a great arrangement for a single couple. Linda was an excellent and responsive host. I highly recommend her Condo but feel it is best for a couple or small family.

Superb Location.

Just steps from our three favorite aspen restaurants and across from two parks. The location is unbeatable. The condo is nicely upgraded with everything you’ll need. Best for two couples max.

Excellent stay, location and owner was fantastic to work with!!

This is a perfect property for any stay in Aspen. Would highly recommend for any season. Can't beat the location, amenities and the property is just as described. Linda was very accommodating to all of our needs and we will certainly be back!!

Chateau Aspen

My family of four had a wonderful stay at Chateau Aspen. Excellent location, steam shower was amazing ever evening after skiing all day and Linda answered every question we had in a timely manner. No car necessary, walk everywhere. Highly recommend

Great location; well appointed

Property was as advertised; centrally located and very well appointed; can’t think of a single thing I wanted that wasn’t there and was happy and comfortable staying there for extended stay in Aspen. Would definitely rent again.

Do not recommend

I had a terrible experience renting this condo. Not because the condo was bad but bc the owner Linda was awful to work with. I traveled 8 hours to get to Aspen and like the instructions say, you have access to one parking spot. We did not. The entire parking lot was blocked off by cones and no parking signs. So we couldn’t see which spot was which unit bc a big “no parking” sign was taped over the unit number. We parked in unit 7 because it was the closest thing that looked like “unit one”. From there, I texted Linda bc I could not get a hold of her via phone. I showed her what spot we were in. That was where thing went downhill. Linda has no idea the parking was blocked off and unavailable. She should have, as it was her home she was renting out. She was sending me extremely inappropriate text messages all throughout the rest of my night. They were extremely rude and these texts went on until 1:40am. It completely ruined our Friday night in Aspen, as we had to leave our dinner and come back to deal with the parking mess. It was her fault that she didn’t know parking signs were covering her unit. Here are some of the texts I received from her: “take responsibility for yourself”, “Just LOOK”, “I DON’T KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU ANY FURTHER”. Then, the next day, we called the property manager via the book she provided us at the condo. She then told me I shouldn’t have called that property manager and I needed to call someone else (that was not listed in her instructions). It was a complete disaster and I highly recommend not renting this unit in fear you will have a bad experience like me.

I mentioned that there was no parking available in the unit parking lot. There were signs everywhere stating it. I asked her to please park on the street. We personally brought her a parking pass to relieve the stress of the parking situation. I'm terribly sorry this was so inconvenient for her. It was unfortunate she contacted me so late at night to begin with. I tried my best from afar to respond to her needs by texting her best I could. Parking on the street was perfectly fine which I had expressed many times to her. I have had nothing but, happy renters for over 2.5 years. It's highly unfortunate this circumstance was blown out of proportion. My sincere apologies. We dealt with the situation immediately.

One of my favorite vacations of my life

I spent 4 weeks in Linda's condo this February and it was perfect. Ideal location in the core, comfy furniture, walking to skiing, hiking and restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

An amazing condo in an amazing location.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in this great condo. It was accurately represented on vrbd and was even more spacious than we were expecting. The location is unbeatable and the condo well stocked. It was really comfortable, great A/V set up and a fire place with lots of firewood stocked. We really hope for an opportunity to stay here again.
