My family and I loved our stay here. It’s just a short walk across the street to the beach and we loved being so high up to see all the fireworks on the fourth. With a couple things broken upon arrival, she offered to come and fix it but we didn’t need it. Would stay here again!

Great location

Condo was in a great location! Right across from beach and right next to our favorite place Kenny D’s. The cleaning people need to do a little better with cleaning but otherwise great place.

We loved staying here! The view the cleanliness. Fast response from maintenance, our very first morning the faucet broke. From phone call to report to completely replacing kitchen faucet was only a hour. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice and roomy

Loved the condo! Very spacious and the living room furniture was so comfortable! I also loved how easy a walk to the beach it was. I didn’t really love the pools, just a bit too small. Overall, I would book here again.

Everything was Great!

Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a little more room. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms this fit my family of 8 perfectly. Everything was just as it should be.

The place is nice, but getting a little rough around the edges. It needs some general maintenance and updates, caulk around the showers, newer showers, TV remotes that let you fix things (they all told you what was happening), doors that opened without a struggle. Nothing major just things to make it better. I did love all the photos and the way the place was arranged to make it comfortable and welcoming. The pools were a little chilly and I wish they heated them, but they had warmed up by the end of the week. I also wish you got 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs when you rent that size condo, we didn't use the 2 because there was never enough room for all of us. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and plan to go again next year.

One condo fit my entire family!

Our family of 12 just had the best beach vacation! We have been looking for a place we can all be together, and this unit fit the bill. There were sleeping options for adults and kids and the kids really loved having a TV in every room! There was plenty of seating inside and outside and we loved having such a large balcony where we could enjoy watching the sunsets over the Gulf. The unit was clean and we utilized the well-stocked kitchen every day. Just downstairs is Kenny D's and there are plenty of other food options close by. Getting to the beach was easy and convenient and I can't say enough about that Gulf-side pool <3 We will definitely look to book at Leeward Key again for our next family vacation!

Unit was as described. Appliances outdated stove didn’t cook evenly. Dryer could only handle half load. Ice maker took 2 days to make ice. Lack of kitchen linens. Had to go and buy more for the week. Only 3 wash rags provided with towel sets. Bed linens ok. Pools clean. Did have issue with renters below smoking weed and getting smoke on our balcony. Did report it and they seemed to stop.
