Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:

We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.

Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.

Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Great stay in Cincinnati!

Fantastic house that was exactly as advertised. It was our first time to Cincinnati, but probably not our last! The house was walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. It was also an easy drive to attractions.

Great location, beautifully decorated

Everything was great. The home was clean and just as pictured. The modern decor really elevates the space and that’s something I appreciate when looking for a place to stay. The location was also great and not far from the places we needed to go. I’ll definitely consider it next time I come to Cincinnati.

Everything was as described very comfortable would definitely stay again had everything you needed and definitely good dishes to cook with very nice could tell they want there guest to be comfortable and want to stay again definitely checking on this one the next time i come visit

Great house!

This is a wonderful house! Comfortable, clean, and it had everything we needed! The dining space was perfect for a late night puzzle and cup of tea. The bedrooms were great - beds were comfy and the rooms so quiet! The house was also really close to lots of stuff. We had a great stay. Thanks to the great hosts!
