Relax with the whole family or by youself at this luxurious peaceful and tranquil two story house that is rare to find within the area and that been completely remodeled. Located in a quiet and homey street. Just a short 2 min walk to the beach (200ft from the beach). Beachis viewable from the porch. Tawas is 13 miles away, east tawas is 10 miles away. Home is located near Au Sable River.
Tons of piers, shopping, and outdoor activities, perfect for families, single people, or couples. For security reasons, Also we have security cameras at the property Home is located near a EV charger across the street and very easy to access

Loved the house everything was spotless and easy to find. Walking distance to town and the beach. When I had to contact Martin about something he was able to get back with me. I highly recommend staying here.

Great house, walking distance to an awesome coffee shop, the beach and a few restaurants/bars. Very easy to find and access, I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

This house is located right in the middle of everything. Charming place with a great patio, fire pit & back yard. Walking distance to the bar, coffee shop and the public beach was key!

Beautiful home close to beach and town.

House is in great location, is very clean and has all the amenities you need including a fire pit! The host was very personable and responsive. Our family had a great time and would definitely rent this home again. Highly recommend.

Gracious Host

Martin was a gracious host. Everything was exactly as described. We were allowed to check in early which really helped us. Clean and just enough space for a weekend getaway. This is a cozy home with a lovely backyard and patio for sharing time together. Close to the beach and downtown. Walking to the beautiful beach and downtown pier was a real plus. Parking was easy (and free at the beach).

Warning

Don't get me wrong - the house and location were just fine. The problem was that after our brief 2 night stay the owner accused us of damage to the property and sent us a scathing text that ruined the whole experience. He immediately filed a claim for 1200 in phantom damages with the insurance company. What a scammer!

I was so grateful to find this gem in Oscoda at the last minute. The place is exactly as described, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the beach. You can walk to the beach, coffee, ice cream and local shops without breaking a sweat. The host is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. There was an issue with an unexpected fee from the host that was initially charged due to changing the length of the reservation stay, he did respond and said he would reimburse a portion once he was paid by Vrbo and I appreciate that and am sure he will follow through.

Clean, updated and comfortable cottage in a fantastic location. Friendly host, and thoughtful touches inside and around the property. Would definitely stay here again.
