For future guests reading this—our listing does explain that the property has two separate living quarters. We do our best to make the details very clear, but we always encourage guests to reach out if they have any questions before or during their stay. Regarding the TV in the bunkhouse, it was simply a picture setting adjustment. We use that TV regularly and it works fine, but we wish we’d been given the opportunity to walk you through a quick fix while you were here. We appreciate your input and are glad to hear you had an overall good experience.

I am so glad you all enjoyed the house. I am so sorry about the grass. We do note in our listing that it is a grass path and to bring good water shoes. We also have recently recieved a permit to cut that path and we do our best to keep trimed down. The rain has made it a challange but the more it is used the less the grass will grow. I wish you had notified us so we could have sent someone out to cut it down for you.
