Home away from home

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and decorated super cute! Club house has 2 pools that’s are big and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We came for a tranquil and peaceful getaway and the condo was perfect in giving us this feel while we were there. Highly recommend this place

Great Brandon Family Vacation

Had a great time! Had everything we needed. We made most meals in the kitchen. Brought our dog and loved the stay. Kids didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Great location! Decorated so nice for the holidays! Perfect for a short trip with my family! Michelle was very nice and kept in touch with just a text or message! Highly recommend!

Very Clean!

Have stayed in several VRBO properties from coast to coast - this one is by far the cleanest we've had. Very easy communication and right in the middle of everything we wanted to access (albeit via auto). Even our dog was able to relax!

Weekend Getaway

We came down to celebrate my daughters 12th birthday. They wrote a birthday card with a vase of flowers, which was above and beyond. Property is clean and very conveniently located within 15-20 of anything you want to do in Branson. We had a blast and would definitely come back to stay on future visits.

Review

The stay was good and comfortable. I dont think anyone had stayed there in a month or so because floor needed mopped, toliets and showers needed cleaned. But overall it was goid. Would definitely stay there again.

Not exactly what we expected

I’ll just start by telling you what we liked. The indoor/outdoors pools were very nice. Our 5 year old loved them. We used them everyday. The decor and colors were nice. Also very spacious. Okay now the things we were disappointed in. The beds were so tall I couldn’t get in either of them and no bed stool provided. The tub in the primary suite was so tall I had a very difficult time getting in and out of it. It was also dangerously slick. No tub mat. All 3 televisions were a joke to watch. Why aren’t there instructions on how to operate them. None of us do streaming and could not figure it out. Frustrating. We arrived at our condo on time and it wasn’t ready. So we waited for 30 - 40 minutes and the lady was still there but told us to come in. Before she left she told us to put sheets on the bed in primary bedroom. They were in the dryer. The tubs were dirty. The floors were filthy. The sheets on the pullout couch were filthy. I was shocked. The surfaces of nightstands were dirty. The area rugs were dirty. You could also provide better ice cube trays. They are inexpensive. We ended up just buying some ice. We weren’t expecting so many stairs. We had read there were just a few. It was difficult, as I have bad knees. We would know better if we ever used your facilities again. The location was great. Very close to everything. So if the things I mentioned were taken care of, it could have been nice. Franciel Myers

This is EXTREMELY disappointing to me! 1. We've owned this property for 2 years (just recently listed on VRBO) & not a single guest has mentioned beds being too high. With that said we will take into consideration a stool that would be safe. 2. I want to remind you, you could have contacted me with any questions or concerns, like the TV's.... We have cable & streaming as listed in the listing & in the guest book. A walk through on how to operate the remote to get to cable could have been done. It's impossible to have an instruction sheet not knowing how previous guests left the settings. 3. You did not arrive to your condo on time. If you waited 30-40 minutes you were there by at least 3:10-3:20. Check in time is 4PM. It's stated in all check in instructions. Housekeeping messaged me at 3:50 stating that you arrived at your condo before inspection was complete. Unit was not ready. You made the housekeeper there feel uncomfortable & things could have easily not got finished up because she felt rushed. Could have been prevented with a correct check in time & inspection completed which is obviously important. 4. Sorry if you feel misinformed about the steps. But there is a picture of the full staircase. Also says in description in the first couple sentences, "lower-level unit, stairs required." Not walk in unit.... I left you a nice review! I feel communication wasn't 5 star, that's hard to judge because not all guests need to reach out. Not hearing from guest makes hosts assume everything is going great! Not all guests like to hear from host every single day. I have listed I give you space but I'm also available 24/7. I also messaged letting you know I was going to be traveling as well that it might take be a bit to respond. That was a kind FYI because I respond in minutes to all questions/issues. You responded so I felt that small communication is 5 star- now reading all this I feel much differently. All this should have been reported asap & resolved. I also feel differently about house rules. I assumed not hearing from you everything was great & you arriving early worked out, apparently it didn't. The only suggestion I have for you is when you rent a nightly rental & you have a ligament issue/concern, take it up with the host then. We all want a wonderful stay for you & your party. We work hard to provide a nice place!
