Questa è la tua casa lontano da casa. Un posto in cui vorrai tornare. Situato verso la fine di una strada senza uscita tranquilla e sicura con un parco di quartiere, una porta in basso. Molto poco attraverso il traffico. Dal cortile si possono ammirare splendide viste sulle montagne e sul deserto. E senza vicini dietro di te e alti recinti intorno alla proprietà, è molto privato e sicuro. Il cortile è progettato per intrattenere e comprende un barbecue a gas, pozzo del fuoco con panche, set da pranzo e ampie sedie da giardino aggiuntive e 2 ventilatori a soffitto. Open design soggiorno, cucina e zona pranzo. La pianta divisa offre privacy per la camera matrimoniale e le camere secondarie ... ideale per due coppie che viaggiano insieme. La camera da letto principale ha il suo T. V, bagno privato con due lavandini, vasca da bagno, doccia separata, gabinetto privato e grande cabina armadio Il secondo bagno è in comune con le due camere e comprende una combinazione vasca / doccia. Il media center nella grande sala ha una TV ad alta definizione da 42 'con cavo, Blu Ray DVD e audio surround per il massimo divertimento. Aria condizionata in tutto e ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere. Persiane in tutte le stanze "senza vista", tendaggi personalizzati in soggiorno e sala da pranzo e filtri solari per ridurre il calore. Once again we were right at home. The house is well stocked with everyday items that add to the comfort here! It is a lovely location too, there are many things to do nearby. We have stayed here twice during NASCAR Championships and hope to again next year! We highly recommend!

I loved everything about this stay. I chose it for the desert and mountain views and because it backed up to open terrain. We enjoyed our coffee every morning, sitting on the peaceful back patio. The interior of the home itself is adorable. It reminds me of European homes decades ago. It is truly homey and very well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked, the master suite is quite spacious, and the shower’s water pressure was awesome. I feel very fortunate to have booked this with relatively short notice.

Home as promised

This was a great BNB experience. I felt comfortable like I was staying in a relative's home, not a house staged like a hotel room. Easy to get to and find off the main neighborhood thoroughfare. Upon arrival I had trouble getting in, but the host was so quick to respond and a neighbor there to help, I still gave 5 stars. (Things happen, I think the heat may have affected the door lock, it was super hot-110 degrees- no problems the rest of my stay) I was delayed only a few minutes. The home was decorated to the host's taste, which was refreshing compared to so many gray and white decorated places I've stayed. There was use of the garage which was nice to keep the car out of the blazing AZ sun. Truly everything I needed during my 5 night stay I could find in the home. Great selection of dinnerware, pots and pans, counter appliances, etc. Water pressure great, master bed was comfy, great unobstructed view from backyard. Quiet. Clean. Very good light blocking shutters to keep rooms dark for sleeping. There is no pool, but the large back patio with plenty of chairs, tables, and two ceilings fans were fine for me. (Didn't use fire pit or grill).Another thing I liked was access to local channels on the TV. I like to know what's going on in the places I visit. So many BNB's do not offer local TV access. A grocery store, Starbucks, a few restaurants and other amenities are just 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy home

Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The house includes of a lot of the necessities. My only complaint was that the AC took a long time to cool down the house when we first arrived. Also the outdoor patio had a lot of bird poop everywhere. We were out and about most of the time so it wasn't a big deal. Overall our stay was very comfortable.

Very nice area!

This house was perfect for our 4 day vacation. Close to NASCAR track and Gila Arena for hockey. House is well cared for and very clean. Everything worked and well supplied especially kitchen. Comfortable beds and we liked the way all light switches were marked with decals to let u know what they do. Nice touch! Very easy to deal with Geri the owner and would definitely rent again! Thanks Again Geri Richard

Estrella Mountain Getaway

My husband and I wanted to stay in the Estrella Mountain Community because we have considered moving to the area. The location of the home was perfect. Quiet and enjoyable backyard with no neighbors behind the house. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the doves and quails. We even got out most mornings to play pickleball. Geri was quick to respond to any questions that came up. I appreciate being able to check in earlier when we arrived since we came in the day of the concert we were going to. I would definitely consider staying here in the future!

Race weekend

This was amazing location and great price! This was my family’s and I’s first time experiencing the championship race weekend! This house was a great layout and beautiful backyard! We had an amazing stay! Unfortunately we did have some issues, we weren’t able to use the microwave because of electrical issues with it popping the circuit breaker for it and the stove any time we attempted to use it and the toilet in the master bathroom was running all the time with a squeaky fill valve making it hard to sleep at night. Lastly the house wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. Some of the cupboards need a good deep cleaning. But even with those issues, we still had an amazing time while we were there and would definitely stay again! The hostess was great at communicating and answering last minute questions. Thank you for allowing us you use your beautiful home!

The microwave/oven issue is being fixed. It is a faulty electrical outlet. The toilet also is being taken care of. These were new problems that I was unaware of. Repairs are being made. The cleaning staff has also been made aware of the above areas that they need to pay more attention to. I strive for a well maintained and comfortable house. I appreciate having these issues brought to my attention so that repairs could be made.

Comfy Home - Nice location

Home Purchase

We needed a nice place to stay near a home we were purchasing in the same neighborhood. We needed flexibility as we were not sure when we would get our keys. Geri was very flexible and understanding with us not being sure of our departure and letting us stay until we could get to the new place.

I furnished and decorated this home with my own comfort and tastes in mind. It includes many upgrades and luxury items-I LOVE TO COOK so there is EVERYTHING you might need to cook up a feast. I am so pleased to be able to share this home with you. I'm sure you will enjoy the comfort and homieness here.

I bought in Estrella Mountain Ranch because of its wonderful reputation, as the highest rated planned community in AZ. It truly is in a class of its own. I purchased this lot because of the view. ... truly one of the very best in the area. It is so serene, with the mountains, deserts and golf course behind it. You can hear and see wildlife daily. There is a golf course behind this property but the view is partially obstructed by desert greenery . This is AZ living at its finest.

The media center contains a top of the line 42' HDTV with cable tv, and blu ray DVD player, and a gas fireplace for those occasional chilly nights. The kitchen is FULLY equipped for the person who loves to cook, entertain or barbeque.
In the garage is a twin size roll-away bed and also 2 blow up air mattresses, 2 bicycles, picnic supplies,ice chests, etc for your use.
