Everything was great. The only down side was all the lovebugs all over the place. It was definitely lovebug season Lol. We still had a great time on the lake. We'll be back soon.

Communication with the host prior to our arrival was amazing. Per the rental agreement you were to reach out to the host prior to arrival. I emailed them 8hrs before arriving and never received a response. We spent 2hrs at a local dock waiting to hear from the host to get the code again, no response. I started calling every number listed and even had the lawn care people trying to reach the host to obtain the code to enter the property. I kept getting voicemails and then spoke to someone who said they were told everything was handled which it was not. I finally received the code for the door. The cabin is cute, the a/c wasn’t on when we arrived so it took hours to cool off. The dock was the greatest thing about the property. I literally stayed out there from daybreak until midnight each night. The dock is beautiful. Overall it was a great trip. I wish the communication could be a lot better

Quiet, quaint, relaxing with screened in porch, bar table on deck and beautiful view of the lake. Loved the covered pier with fans, comfy chairs and plenty of room for fishing right on premises. Loved our getaway!

Perfect location, amazing sunset view, spacious dock.

I love the big bass marina area and this camp was located right around the corner! The dock had the most amazing view of the sunset. Very clean, everything we needed was on site, AC was on and cabin was cool upon arrival (huge plus).

Less than average rental

Renters should use caution. The property owner requires you take your own trash to the dump, which is closed on Wednesdays and several miles away, or pay an extra $50 for trash removal, which you will have to arrange yourself. First rental in 10 years at Toledo that does this. We booked Tiny Toledo and arrived to a leaking air unit with water all over the floor. While the owner moved us to another cabin it was less than stellar. Be prepared to bring extra wash cloths and hand towels for your stay. We had two wash cloths in each bathroom for the whole week. Had to purchase more for our stay. Also, there were not enough pillow cases or linens if you need extra bedding The air vent at the bottom of stairs was broken and we had to place a chair over it to avoid children stepping into and injuring themselves. Home needs some maintenance, cleaning of air filters and floors, back door does not lock securely and leaks when it rains. The patio umbrella blew over during a storm and even though we gratuitously went out to pick it back up we were still charged. Mediocre at best and not worth the price Definitely won’t be renting from this company again and caution you all to read the fine print.

This is a retaliatory review. This rural location does not have trash pickup, and it is explicitly disclosed in both the listing and the rental agreement. Nevertheless, the guests made it clear they have more interest in leaving trash for the guests after them rather than pick up their trash. With regard to linens, the guest stated to me that her party does not use a towel more than once, and she does not wash towels on her vacation. I calculated that if I were to provide a fresh towel for every bathing I would have needed 45 towels to satisfy her! When the guest arrived she spread out the umbrella on the patio. Then a storm came and she couldn't be bothered to put the umbrella down. As such the umbrella was destroyed in the storm. This guest has bad reviews from other hosts. I should have paid attention and declined her request when she asked to book my place.

The dock was amazing, spent 75% of our time fishing from the dock. The accommodations were excellent, our stay was perfect couldn’t ask for more.
