Benvenuti nel nostro 2350 SF Jr. Attico situato a Monaco Condo, nel centro di Jaco Beach. Monaco Condomini sono in posizione centrale, custodito 24/7 ed è un complesso bellissimo paesaggio.

Vi è di 1700 SF nel soggiorno principale, che consiste di due camere da letto e due bagni. Questo condominio è stato fino datato con mobili nuovi e un divano in pelle che tira fuori in un letto queen size. Questa unità 6 posti letto e tutti i letti sono materassi di tipo Temper-Pedic. Ci sono tre patii, uno fuori del soggiorno e una tantum ogni camera da letto. C'è una cucina gourmet completa di tutto. C'è granito in tutto il condominio.

La 650 SF Patio è metà coperta e mezzo aperto. Dispone di un angolo bar, mini frigo, TV 42 ", di vimini mobili da giardino, mobili lounging, griglia del barbecue, un bagno di servizio e una vasca idromassaggio.

Situato nel cuore di Jaco ea pochi passi da tutta la famosa vita notturna Jaco, ristoranti, bar sulla spiaggia, i principali negozi di alimentari, negozi di liquori, la spiaggia, le farmacie, negozi e molto altro ancora !!

Abbiamo anche un 3 Bedroom Penthouse JUNIOR DISPONIBILI.

Fabulous!

This property is VERY nice. It is clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything you need. Chad was very responsive and helpful. The staff at Monaco are excellent. Having the rooftop patio/kitchen/bbq with the tv and hot tub was icing on the cake! The grocery and liquor store is directly across the street. There is a great Italian discount store in the strip mall that sells charcuterie, homemade pasta dishes, pizza and wine at great prices. The beach is only a block away and for $5 USD you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella. I don’t think there is a better place to stay in Jaco.

Everything great, but pics are from another unit

Nice place, responsive owner, great location, great staff. Five stars for everything, except had to give two stars overall as the condo was clearly not the one in the pictures. No TV on the patio, significantly downgraded patio furniture, no double sink in master bath, main room furniture not nearly as nice (or plentiful), master bedroom furniture not nearly as nice, etc. etc. So, overall, everything was good for what it was... it's just that it wasn't what was advertised.

Great location

Stayed for 1 week, everything needed was walking distance. very big condo with comfortable beds and furniture. Security and office people were very nice and helpful. Rooftop jacuzzi was very nice. definitely will return

Jr Penthouse #21 at Monaco

We had an amazing time during our time in Jaco, in large part due to our accommodations. The gals at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly, as were all of the people at Jaco. The condo was clean and well furnished and the beds were so comfortable that we're planning on purchasing a Temperpedic for our home! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and there were grocery stores nearby, which made having meals at the condo a breeze. The location of the condo is great. It's super close to the beach and shopping, and we were able to go on several excursions right in Jaco. We were surprised that the deck was on a different floor (top floor), as we must have missed this in the description. It worked out fine though and allowed us an additional place to hang out in the evenings. The jacuzzi tub didn't work at first, and it did take two visits from the maintenance person. It never would get very warm, so we didn't use it much. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and renter. We had an amazing time in Jaco!

Premium facility with excellent customer service

The staff provided excellent customer service and was extremely accommodating to my specific situation. I was arriving on late flight and I asked if I could check in late and if they could get me some basic groceries. Check in was easy and I had food in my fridge when everything in town was already closed. Thank you. The 2 bedroom is spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. There is onsite parking, elevator, pool, bike rack, and security. This place is 2 blocks from the beach and a couple meters from the principle street. I would definitely recommend if you require something that is spacious, extremely comfortable, and accommodating staff. Thank you

Monaco Jaco Condominiums

The penthouse was breathtaking and beautiful. 32 family members met to have a family gathering. We had everything we needed and more. We were minutes from the beach and within walking distance to entertainment and shopping. The Condos are very secure. I will stay here again.

Awesome Escape!

What a beautiful and serene place to visit. My husband and I spent a few days at Monaco and cannot wait to go back ans experience more! The place was more than we imagined...from the staff, to the grounds, to the city itself. Whether we wanted to walk on the beach, shop for souvenirs, spend a night out (or in); it was within walking distance. Beach is a block or so away, market is across the street, you can pack light and use the washer/dryer in the unit. All amenities you could possibly need away from home. Even the locals were pleasant. Had great food at the Taco Bar and Bien Muchacho's...enjoyed drinks and food at Tangieri's and Clarita's on the beach. Every person on our excursions were super nice and helpful as well as the ladies at the front desk (they printed out our return tickets for us). Our shuttle drivers always talked with us and answered questions for us. The gate attendant always had a welcome smile whether we were coming or going. Again, can't wait to go back and experience even more that Jaco has to offer. Would recommend this place to all!

Memorable vacation! Perfectly located close to everything you need.

The Monaco condo's in Jaco is a very safe, cozy and personable vacation rental. Love the huge private balcony with grill, hot-tube and private restroom and a well equipped kitchenette. It is also very conveniently located in the heart of the city. They gave us a very thorough orientation and all their recommendations for beaches, restaurants, excursions and more. I'm a c-6 c-7 quadriplegic in a manual wheelchair in-which I had absolutely no issues getting around the condo. I will defiantly be returning!

A cut above.

I couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Monaco. Between the luxurious amenities, friendly service, location and breth taking views, I couldn't have imagined a better experience. I highly recommend the Monaco to anyone wanting to visit Costa Rica in style.

Like a dream!

My husband and stayed here for 10 days and LOVED it! It was a home away from home in paradise. The view was stunning. We could see scarlet macaws most mornings and we were only a couple blocks from the beach. The condo was very comfortable and very beautiful. The pools at the condo were really nice and kept up very well. I really liked that we had the basics available while we were on vacation like a washer and dryer in our condo. The condo was spacious which made it easy for us to have brought people with us and STILL feel super comfortable. There is a grocery store in the plaza near the condo which made it easy to grab anything we forgot to pack. The staff in the office is super helpful. They were available to help us schedule excursions and made recommendations for restaurants, great souvinier shops and local sights to visit. Next time we go to Costa Rica, I plan on booking our stay at the Monaco!

A Most Excellent Slice of Paradise (Elegantly "AWESOME!!!")

What a great little slice of paradise. At the Monaco you truly experience the best of both possibilities for a great getaway. You can kick back at the condo and enjoy all the amenities the condo and property have to offer and let the girls up front set you up on some fun excursions. The available Jacuzzi, pools, and BBQ facilities make for some great at home quality time for friends and family. But right outside the condo you are smack in the middle of Jaco which has everything to offer in the form of great food, shopping, and nightlife, not to forget that there is a whole ocean just a short walk away. The condo and property is everything the website describes it is and more. The photos of the units are very accurate and the unit is exactly the way you see it on the website and more. There is everything you could possibly need in the units and if you get a junior suite the upstairs patio is so so awesome. I personally loved the patio and found it very relaxing in the Jacuzzi looking out at paradise with an ice cold one in hand. I not only would highly recommend the Monaco Condos to friends and family, I will be coming back myself as soon as possible. All in all my stay at the Monaco is way up there on my list of the best places I have ever stayed at!!! The staff and the owners, the Ray family really made me feel at home and took really good care of us. A Most Excellent Location, one of the best in Jaco, (In Costa Rica for that matter)

Fantastic Trip to Jaco can't wait to go back A++++

This was my first time to Costa Rica and wanted it to be perfect, I went online and looked at so many properties in and around Jaco Beach it made my head spin. Once I found this Condo online I knew that this was the place to stay. I contacted Chad via email and he responded to me within a few hours, by the next day we were talking on the phone about the Condo. The pictures you see online is exactly what you see when you walk into the Condo. Super clean, great sunlight, great space, beautiful kitchen, everything was great from how the unit looked, the information Chad provided was super helpful and the front office was great also, super nice. I spent 7 days in Jaco and I can't wait to go back. The location was great and we could walk to everything, security was perfect and friendly felt completely safe, I came down for a "guys" trip but I would come back with my family in a heart beat. Chad was actually down in Jaco during the same dates and we checked in the same day and he gave my uncle and I a quick tour around the area as he took us to the supermarket. Super helpful and very nice, his wife was also very nice, I can honestly say that it was a fantastic trip from start to finish. If your looking for the perfect condo this is it, oh did I forget to mention the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and grill with the flat screen T.V. If your worried about were to stay or don't believe what you see online from other places, stop worrying contact Chad and book his Condo, you won't regret staying trust me!

Amazing First Costa Rica Experience

Our family of 4 spent 2 weeks in beautiful Jaco, Costa Rica over New Years and into January. When we arrived at the Monaco Condominiums everything was as we had expected and more! We felt very safe with 24 hour guarded security. The unit itself was just as we had seen from the pictures online. Great decor, spacious, clean and very welcoming!! With this being our first time to Costa Rica, Chad was more than willing to help with any suggestions of excursions as well as answering any and all questions we had. He was very quick with all his communication.... VERY easy to work with!! The staff at the office onsite were so great with booking all our excursions as well transportation to and from the airport. They also insured that we had great tour guides that spoke English as well as suitable adventures for our kids. They were so approachable and always wanting to make sure everything was beyond our expectations. Without ANY hesitation, I strongly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Chad for a great experience! You are beyond appreciated!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Jaco. It is located in a beautiful complex , within 5 mn walk from the beach, close to restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment is delightful: spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and the kitchen fully equipped. Dale, the owner was very accommodating when our flight arrived early, long before the normal check-in time. The staff on site is also very helpful, arranging sight seeing trips and transportation if needed. I highly recommend this property : it provided a wonderful setting for a memorable family vacation in Costa. Rica. Could not ask for better. Martin E.

These condos are one of the best places that we've stayed in Costa Rica. The level of decor, cleanliness and comfort is superb. Which is the reason we've been going here for the past 5 years in row . In fact we just booked these condos again for our trip this May 2015 . I recommend all the units owned by the Ray family .

Great Place to Stay !!!!!!!! SAFE, Clean & Friendly

You can not go wrong by staying here. The owners of this condo are great, honest people. They have been so helpful. The property is one of the best, if not the best, safest and nicest places to stay in Jaco. I rarely write reviews and have traveled the world over many times and this was one of the best experience I have ever had. amazing place to stay

Beautiful place, right in the middle of the strip a great breakfast spot across the street and a perfect view of the ocean out one window and the mountains out the other. Great staff they set up transportation and tours and activities..I will be staying there agian.

Relaxation and adventure all built into one experience at Monaco

Shuttle pulls in and dual powered gates open the oasis of Monaco. Property looks great on pictures and video but nothing does it justice when you pull into the gate. Lush greenery landscaping, pools, and the condo is immaculate. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Wide open spacious luxurious showers in each bathroom. The views from the balconies of the mountains and the whales swimming by in the Herradura Bay are magnificent. Walking distance to restaurants, local shops, bakery, and gambling. I had heard stories of this place but not until you experience it for yourself do you understand what they are talking about. The luxury of the accommodations is truly amazing. Its like you never left your own bed. The people in Jaco are so laid back and friendly. The restaurant selection is amazing. We went to an local surfing competition and the waves were amazing carrying the surfers to new heights. The sunsets along the beach and the ones going behind the mountains were immaculate. The zip lining is better than no other that i have ever experiences at Los Suenos. The ATV tour throughout the rainforest was amazing with the guides we had who showed a whole other side of the country outside of Jaco. The day before we left we were fortunate to go on a crocodile tour on the Tarcoles River which was so educational of the habitat, birds, crocodiles, and plants surrounding the country and river. I cannot wait to return for my next adventure!!!!!

Thank you so much for a great time. This property is amazing! I didn't want to leave. The photos don't do it justice. The price is so affordable too. From the amazing sunrises and sunsets to the many daily activities available. I will recommend this property to all my family and friends.
