This was almost perfect for what we needed. Beware there is no laundry. And the bathroom is very small. But otherwise, very comfortable. We have no complaints.

The listing photos and parking description were somewhat misleading. A parking pass is not required, and the covered parking area is not a white covered carport as instructed via the host. It is a covered garage area located directly behind the building.Upon check-in, we did notice that some of the sheets and towels were not clean, which was disappointing. That said, the unit is located in a great part of downtown and was convenient for our short trip.We were only staying for a quick visit, so we were not overly concerned with some of the inconveniences. However, if you are planning to stay for several days, it is worth being aware of the potential for constant noise. We could hear barking dogs from the unit above, and street noise was also noticeable, particularly because the windows were propped open to accommodate the portable AC units. This did result in being woken up and having difficulty sleeping at times.Overall, the location was a definite positive, but I would recommend clarifying the parking information and addressing the cleanliness and noise concerns for future guests.

this was an excellent centrally located residence close to shopping attractions and dining. Very walkable entrances steps and bathroom has steps in narrow toilet corridor otherwise excellent.

Adorable apartment in a great walkable location. As others mentioned, the bathroom is very small and has an awkward layout. The rental description should include that it could be difficult for a tall or large person to use the restroom. Some creative shelving would also be helpful in the bathroom since there is nowhere to place toiletries. This location is centrally located which is great for walking everywhere. However, there was quite a bit of traffic/pedestrian noise. Lastly, the rental description should include that the unit is air conditioned with 2 loud portable standing a/c units that run continuously to keep air cool.

Very helpful host and very convenient location for downtown Savannah. We were able to walk to all shops and restaurants that we wanted to visit. The rooms were very clean and had extra blankets and bedding if needed. I would stay here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall we enjoyed our stay! The street noise was our biggest complaint as the sound travels through the walls and windows very easily. The bathroom is a funky layout but the water pressure was great. Location is unbeatable and the host was very responsive
