My children and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was perfect for our needs. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. I left messages with the host and they were answered promptly. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The house was really clean and was what I expected. The kids loved being right next door to where they can swim also. The cleaning people were also really down to earth and everything was all around great!

Love this place. This is my second trip here. Super peaceful. Landlords next door, but never bothers you. Steps to the water. Very private area. Cove is fairly empty, just a boat now and then. Heaven. Everything you need in this house.My only con is that the mattress could be upgraded. But totally understand it's a rental.Loved the hummingbirds visiting

We enjoyed a long weekend at Wanda's b & b with our daughters, their friends, and my mom. This was a convenient place for our daughter that attends uark to meet us for Labor Day weekend. The house had room for all of us and was very comfortable. It was really nice to have a home to relax in after being on the lake all day. Martin Bluff is just outside the front door. We went fishing, jumped off the bluff, and swam in the lake....really made the most of our time. The bird feeders attract more hummingbirds than I have ever seen and were really cool to watch.Michelle & Micheal are the caretakers and introduced themselves and were very friendly. They live next door so it's very convenient if you need anything. We will definitely stay again and recommend this b & b!Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at this rental last year and just as the year before loved every minute. The location is perfect. Being right on the water is the highlight of my kids summer. Was some areas that were left uncleaned upon arrival this year compared last year. Super peaceful and beautiful.

Arkansas stay

We loved this property! Outside is a bit crowded with very close neighbors but they were all very respectful of our privacy and kind. The bluffs have a great stair step down into the water and were perfect with helping us get our younger kids comfortable in water, one of them moving up from land dweller to dog paddler during our stay. We all really enjoyed everything about the property and are looking forward to staying again for a bit longer of a stay.

Bluffs access is perfect

The house was much nicer on the inside than the photos showed. It was clean, beds were comfy, had all the amenities we needed as a family staying there and was literally a stone’s throw from the bluffs. The bluff’s and that piece of the shore were amazing! So beautiful, provided tons of fun and were easy to get to. If you’re looking for a private vacation rental, this is not the place. The neighbors’ are very close and there is lots of activity going on at all times so you will see other people. Everyone was friendly and respectful so there was no issue but definitely not private. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved having a place to getaway for some fun!

Amazing time

When they say this place is on the bluffs, its legit! an amazing host. Very accommodating to arrival time. They keep extra life vest on property for people to use. Solid internet quality and the beds are comfy. Location makes it easy to access town (about a 15-20min drive). Just like the other reviews say you are very close to others so privacy outside is a minimal but wasnt even a negative issue for us. They only thing that caught us off gaurd was the bedroom that has the full over full bunk. the top bunk is about a ft from the fan so none of my kids would sleep there thankfully there is a trundle under the other bunkbed, But that still didnt change this place from a 5 star review!

Pretty house with Great Lake access

I chose this property because of the lake access that is in the front yard. It has rocks you can jump off of into the lake or just sit back and fish. The house is newly renovated and comfy. And I bet if you come at the right time of year the drive in will be a mind blowing view. I got to meet the owner who lives near by and she is very nice. My only complaint is the property was not listed as smoking but the main bedroom had a very strong old smoke smell. I ended up purchasing candles to mask the smell. I really hope the owner takes note and addresses this. The rest of the house was fine. The property is also a shared lot with a house 5’ to your left and a trailer 10’ to your right. If you are looking to be alone in nature this is not the place as people were always walking around.

Location was great and host were nice but listing said no pets and there was clearly pets inside the home. My son and I have allergies to dogs and cats and we woke up with sniffles, sneezing and coughing. My husband and daughter were completely fine. Looking around I noticed dog or cat hair and I also saw a windowsill chewed up. Place definitely needed some cleaning but other than that the location was great and right across from the lake. If you don’t have allergies to pets then this place is great but if you need a place with no pets I suggest searching elsewhere.
