We had a great day. Everything was centrally located made it easy to not have to drive anywhere. We had a great time and look forward to another trip here again.

The management company was very responsive and quick to address our problems. The parking lot and main property were well maintained and the beach service was very nice. The condominium was clean, but three appliances ( garbage disposal, refrigerator, and toilet) all needed repairs.In addition, all textiles were in need of refreshing. Mattresses are definitely a personal preference, but we found them to be very soft. We stayed at the tail end of the season. Perhaps these concerns are already set to be addressed.

I tried not to bother them but the phone calls I did make I got answers and was very prompt if they had to call me back! Very good! Highly recommended

Nice beach trip

Really nice Condo,spur of the moment trip…parking was cramped for a truck but I got used to it,gas grills were nice, overall I highly recommend!

Relaxtion

The condo is beautiful, and were able to watch fireworks from the balcony. Can't wait to stay in this condo on our next visit.

This is a nice property on West PCB, my family and I had a great time! It was clean and comfortable from the furnishings to the balcony furniture, and we would totally stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

Brought my daughters down for an extended weekend and the condo did not disappoint! Perfect size and location, very clean, parking in the same building. Large balcony with amazing view. We will book again for next year!

Perfect location and Balcony You Want To Live On!

My husband and I had an amazing time at this condo. Situated slightly North of all the “busy-ness”, the location provides an escape from the hustle and bustle with still being close enough to a myriad of good restaurants and activities. The fully furnished balcony was the highlight of our trip, as we spent more time enjoying it than we did sitting on the beach! Beautifully furnished and decorated, this condo provided a much-needed relaxed escape for us.

We had an amazing time staying in your place!! The condo had everything we needed and the views are awesome. We could see fish swimming in the surf. My husband and I was able to be in the calm surf water, he was waste deep and I was knee deep when a beautiful manatee swam right in front of us ((about 3 ft in front of us)so cool! Also Greta’s rental staff are so very nice and attentive. I would definitely rent again!

Beach Perfection!

The property was pristine and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The ocean views are perfection! The balcony is very roomy and made for the perfect spot for our morning coffee. Plenty of towels and everything worked perfectly in the kitchen. Great location within walking distance or a few miles of restaurants and shops. Oh the white sand beaches and clean amenities make this a must return to place for us!! Greqt

A Must Book!

The condo was everything it was advertised for! Beautiful views, VERY clean, easy to find and great location on the coast. All floors are tiled which is great for the beach. Kitchen is up to date, clean and had everything we needed to make meals. Washer and dryer worked great. Balcony was so nice to sit on and enjoy the views. Covered parking.

Lovely facility. Best balcony ever! parking is tight and assigned space against wall on passenger side so don’t drive a huge vehicle. The very best management in Riley!!!

Bring on the sunshine

This was the easiest stay I've ever had. From Riley being very informative and sending everything I need to walking into the condo. Wow. This is absolutely a beautiful unit with everything you need. Beautiful views! This is a modern unit as well. We had the best time and actually were able to rent two more days. We are definitely planning on renting the unit next year.

Summer vacay with the family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very beautiful the view was a little high at first but I adjusted very quickly and it became very nice as well. However when renting chairs and umbrellas at a resort it would be nice if nobody was allowed to block your view of the ocean and the parking is quite snug for an suv or pickup truck. Otherwise I throughly enjoyed my stay.

Riley and the rest of the team have been great to work with. Tropic Winds is on the west Rand of the beach where the crowds are lighter, elevator service is quick, never a long wait for an elevator, even on moving day. Greta’s Beach Rentals the only way to go !!!!!

Family Vacation

I can not thank the property manager enough. I didn't realize the access to the condo was outside and being the 16th floor, I was terrified of the height. I went back downstair and call the property manager in tears. He was amazing and understanding worked his magic. He was able to move us to a lower level condo and it was absolutely perfect. Everything from the condo to the entire property was clean and staff were friendly. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back.

This condo was beautifully decorated and the oversized balcony was such a blessing! We enjoyed our stay on the lesser crowded side of Panama City Beach and it was such a wonderful experience! Riley (point of contact with the management company) was top tier with his above and beyond service. He was able to get us checked in early and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. I highly recommend this condo! We look forward to visiting here for many years to come!

It was a great location to the water. It was a little bit of a drive to get to the main area of PCB but not terrible. The garage isn't great. It's tight and very challenging to turn around the curves. You need a smaller size car. I never would have been able to park our truck in there so I'm happy I drove the car. The room itself was nice. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed and then some. There were a few minor issues that needed repaired but nothing that we couldn't work around or needed immediate attention. This particular condo was one of the few that had fans on the balcony. LOVED this area and spent a lot of time out there. We also used the kitchen a lot. There were plenty of dishes and pans that I was able to use for most of our meals. I did end up needing to buy my own dish detergent as I went through theirs quite fast. They only allowed two free chairs on the beach. The third one would have been extra. We rented a pontoon boat from a vender on the other side of PCB and had the best time on the water. I would return and rent from here again.

Only downside was parking but it was doable....we have large Yukon XL and garage is very small and tight parking spaces, so would have to stop back up each turn but again I was able to get parked just takes some maneuvering to do so. The condo was very nice and just as pictures.
