Great location on the beach

Chris communicated well throughout the entire process. We’ve been staying in Carrillon for several years and love the location and quiet beach! Thanks for a great stay!

We had the best week at BBGG! We had 4 adults and 6 kids and never felt cramped on space. The house was well stocked and clean! The owner is fantastic and had great communication. 10/10 We will be back!

Family beach vacation

It was a great getaway for our family during the pandemic. The community is very private and the house is right on the beach with beach chairs set up. The owner was very responsive.

Perfect setting for a perfect week

The house was great! We had no complaints. Chris was available whenever I had a question which was not often, but he responded promptly! Would definitely book this house again! It was right on the beach and plenty of room in the house for the 10 of us. (Mainly adults)

The perfect getaway

Carillon is such a special place to start and this beach house did not disappoint. We were multiple families coming together and the house suited us perfectly. The pictures as always can never do the beach justice, but they depicted the house accurately. Each room is very spacious! Chris was great and very responsive. We will definitely be back and won’t hesitate to book the property again!

Family trip

Our dryer was broke and Chris let us know before we got there and did his best to arrangements for us. Chris was very helpful and returned every call. Wish check in line at gate didn’t take so long. But once in the property, it is best community to stay a week in. Beautiful views on the beach.

Buoys and Gulls

Enjoyed our stay. House was nice. Did not think instructions for the check in process was clear. Front gate very little help. Did not like the carpet in the living room. Shedding was extreme required us to constantly sweep/ pick up.

The property was amazing and just as advertised! The house was clean and well maintained. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The beach view was gorgeous and the amenities associated with the property were very nice and well maintained. There are 3 pools in the community and a basketball court. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful vacation location

The property was as described and worked well for our 5 adults and 2 kids. Being directly on the beach was amazing and you cant beat the views. The private beach communty was a huge benefit to be away from the daily tourist areas but close enough to take a short drive.

Perfect house in an unbeatable location

Loved every minute at Beach Buoys! Chris’s house had everything we needed and the beach was RIGHT there! The view is absolutely incredible and the neighborhood is adorable. Gated community meant we didn’t have to worry about security issues or fighting with people for space like on a public beach. Chris was very communicative and check-in/check-out process was a breeze. My family has been to beaches all over the states and the Caribbean and Carillon might be the softest, whitest sand and clearest water we’ve ever seen. The home owners we met were also so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back to visit again soon. Thank you, Chris!

If you are going to the ocean than you want to stay ON the beach. It doesn't get any better than this. Walk straight out to the beach.

This is a beautiful vacation home and community. The house has amazing views of the beach. Our family also enjoyed biking and exploring the neighborhood. Great family vacation!

This was our third time staying at this lovely beachfront home in beautiful quiet Carillon. Excellent location, perfectly appointed, equipped, and updated. Great communication with the owner. Would highly recommend. We will be back soon!

Great location

We have stayed along 30a for several years during the week of Thanksgiving and this was one of the best locations for ease of getting around. The neighborhood is very nice and mostly quiet, although there is still some construction going on. It is definitely family-friendly and offered all of the amenities that we were looking for for our family of 9.

Spectacular Ocean View!

We loved our week at BBGG! Chris responded promptly to messages and was happy to answer all our questions about the property and local restaurant recommendations, in addition to volunteering suggestions for sites to see and activities to do. The home is beautiful and comfortable but the stunning ocean view and easy access to the beach was the highlight for us! We wish we had more time to explore the private neighborhood and its multiple pools and other amenities but we found ourselves spending almost all our time on the beach. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the many beach towns along 30A. But other than a few shopping trips and dinners, we opted to enjoy the home and the beach. And if you enjoy staring at the night sky, the master bedroom's patio is just perfect. We will have fond memories of this trip!

Had a great stay - wel stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of space for our group of adults and teens! Great beachfront location and beautiful neighborhood with lots of amenities! Would love to return…
