Exactly as described. Kitchen equipped nicely. Amazing view. Very relaxing get away. Communication before, during and after stay was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and view! Very cozy place and had everything we need! Super clean and communication was excellent with homeowners. Boat hoist was perfect for our pontoon! Enjoyed our stay and will return!

This is an excellent lakefront property in the heart of wine country. The house was spotless which is impressive since it's essentially in the woods. The beds are very comfortable. Very good heating options with a wall mounted heater, a wood pellet heater, and space heaters for the rooms. There's a Roku enabled TV. The host, Adrienne, immediately responds to all inquiries and she wants you to enjoy your stay.This is an excellent choice for a Finger Lakes vacation.

This property was just perfect for our girls’ trip. It was very cozy and clean and had every amenity we could need. The beds were super comfortable too. It was very convenient and close to the wineries and restaurants. The neighborhood was quite walkable, so we even got our morning walks in. The views of the lake from the screened in porch were amazing and we enjoyed the fire pit while sipping our newly purchased wine. Adrienne was in touch with us within minutes if we needed anything. We will be back for sure!

The cabin was perfect for our mid-week getaway to the Finger Lakes. We had everything we needed, Enjoyed the lovely view of the lake after our daytime adventures. Communication with host was excellent.

Clean, cozy cottage with great views!

This was our first time visiting rhe Finger Lakes and we had a great stay! The cottage was very clean, cozy and quiet, and the owner provided a lot of nice touches and extras. The view of the lake was the best part of the stay and we spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and the dock. The location was great - just a short drive to many different attractions. We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay at Seneca Lake

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this nice little cottage on Seneca Lake. The house had everything we needed and some nice extras, including a covered seating area on the dock and of course the amazing view of the lake.

Great communication from host. Location was perfect - right about the middle of the western side of Seneca Lake. Easy access to many hikes, wineries and shopping. 2 restaurants within walking distance. What a beautiful area to visit. We loved the open living room of our cottage - plenty of room for our morning workouts!

We had a great experience staying at this location. It was close to many wineries and food options! We loved having the dock option to sit on. We did think the boathouse would be set up as an area too to spend time in and thought it also had a bed but regardless we loved the house and would stay again! Our host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. They even recommended us a local automotive repair shop when one of our vehicles had an issue and we were able to get it resolved the same day thanks to the recommendation!

Celebrating mutual 30 year anniversary with friends. Rented pontoon boat just a short walk down the road at the marina. Had a great time, met nice people, enjoyed the powerboat rally that was happening that weekend, loved touring the lake, had really nice meals with friends on the property in the wonderful screened in porch and on the dock across the street. The owners were quick and efficient with our request for a refilled propane tank, among other things. They had SUP boards available for our use as well. Oh, and we also got to enjoy the fireworks from the marina down the street! Great property wonderful hosts and we would rent again.

The location of the house, in relation to traveling to explore the area, was excellent. The hosts were very nice and communicated effectively. The house was clean with a very relaxing atmosphere. The view of the lake was beautiful. The small sets of steps in the house are unsafe. One set had a large gap between the step and the wall causing my husband to fall (luckily only 2 steps). The second set had no handrail. The very steep driveway is deceptive in the photos.

What a great trip! Everything was super clean and easy to find. Check in & check out was simple and easy. It was a perfect distance to all the wineries and other activities. Eating meals on the dock right on the water was perfect. 10/10 would stay again.
