Informazioni su questa struttura

1 mile to Campus, Huge house, Beautiful Outdoor space, 70’ deck, Guest favorite

Located on the east side, this huge house with a massive 70 foot deck and spacious backyard is the perfect venue for your graduation celebration, homecoming football weekend, or a family get together. The spacious bi-level deck spans the length of the house. All of the bedrooms have fun themes, real (not cheap foam) mattresses and include a Smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen includes everything you will need to cook a small meal or Thanksgiving dinner (excluding the food lol). The deck opens to a half-acre backyard and is partially covered. Campus is 1 mile away and the stadium under 3. Short drive to peaceful lake Monroe.

I also own Eastern Heights Haven next door, it’s a 3 bedroom with 4 beds (1 king, 3 queens). Please inquire for special rates if you want to book both. See you soon!

The back yard was wonderful and we enjoyed being able to eat as a large group outside and the inside had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The location was great. It was easy to get to and had stores near by when we needed extra supplies.

The deck is the extra gem of this house. Even though it was raining outside, we could sit outside under the huge covered portion and eat and play games at the tables. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the huge yard, and the location was perfect for us.

Nice property, clean. Only one bathroom makes it difficult at times. It's a great stay but in a neighborhood with residents close by you have to watch how loud your party gets.

We had a great stay. We had 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 kids. Plenty of space and the back deck and yard were awesome to throw the football and hang out. Beds were all very comfortable and being in a quiet neighborhood was nice to come back to after visiting campus and going to the football game. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay for Family Wedding

Our family really enjoyed staying at this VRBO home for a weekend Family Wedding Celebration in Bloomington. VERY Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, couches, full kitchen, plenty of towels for 8 adults over 3 days. We especially loved the back porch and outdoor areas including the back lawn and garden! Gracious host invited us to pick vegetables...delicious tomatos!!! Excellent and restful location!

Comfortable and relaxing

Lots of space with a big and peaceful garden, great for our family of 6 adults and one toddler. Property manager was easy to talk to and helped where he could. Only downside was one shower for all of us, so hard to get out the door quickly in the morning.

Great stay

It seems as though some Of bathrooms are locked off. Would of been nice to have another bathroom by master and Other bedroom that those two bedrooms could use. For all the beds you really need one more shower
