Questo è un sogno Get-Away diventato realtà! Seduto in mezzo a 145 acri isolati. Si trova in fondo a 6 miglia di strade ghiaiose / sterrate / rocciose e si trova proprio sul bordo del lago Beaver. Vale la pena guidare e il mondo esterno si sente a un milione di miglia di distanza. Se ti piace contare le stelle di notte, questo è il posto dove stare.

C'è un varo vicino alla casa in modo da poter facilmente legare all'estremità del ponte laterale situato sul bordo dell'acqua. DECK, non DOCK ... non è disponibile un Dock con questa proprietà.

the floors were not clean. The deck had some boards that were weak and it was difficult stepping down from the deck to large rocks. No wifi which is fine. Everything else was good.

Wonderful Location

We had a great time at this house! Wonderful views of the water and great hiking trails. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy and everything was clean. No complaints here.

Beautiful and Peaceful

My family and I stayed at the Hamley-Lakefront Retreat for the first time recently. Our stay was amazing! The cabin is magnificent with the most beautiful and peaceful views of the lake. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed - we only needed to bring food, all other supplies were provided. We really enjoyed our time there and certainly hope to return next year.

Another wonderful spring break at Beaver Lake

This was our second time at this property and looking forward to coming back again. We love the outdoor space and being able to disconnect from the outside world for a few days. We enjoyed campfires, kayaking, hiking and fishing while we were here. So nice to be able to bring our dogs with us as well. Thank you again for sharing this home!

Beautiful Vacation

We loved our stay at this lakeside cabin. So relaxing and the view is incredible. The cabin is well stocked with supplies and extras. I will miss sipping my morning coffee and overlooking the lake. We also spotted an Eagle, deer, and chipmunks. So relaxing!

Second Visit Experience

We visited this property 4 year ago and returned this year. Like last time, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. This is a MARVELOUS location. There were signs of property aging (e.g, old dish washer, slumped steps/porch), but nothing that would deter us from visiting again.

So relaxing

This is the relaxing getaway we needed! No reception was a selling point for me to force us as a family to reconnect and just enjoy each other. The cabin is perfect and has everything you need! The water is by far the most beautiful lake water I have ever seen. The cove was so calm and quiet. The wildlife was the best part! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Big Clifty Cove

Great stay as always. Our family loves the cove seclusion as well as the lack of cell service. Have to go to top of hill or out on lake to get service but this is good to unplug and relax. Pontoon "dock" was gone but we had sorted this out prior to arrival and substituted with the new blow up Mission swim rafts which served as a great dock. Stayed with my wife and 4 adult kids/spouses as well as a 20 month old. All had a great time.

We visited family at the cabin in 2011 and knew we would be there ourselves one day. We just got home after spending the week of 8-13-15 at the cabin. We are definitely retuning next summer. Love the location, the cabin is roomy and well arranged. It was clean, quiet, peaceful. Love the yard and wooded area as well as the cove and deck right on the water. Scott was very nice and a pleasure to talk with. Can't wait to return!

Annual Trip

Have stayed at this cabin for 5 years in a row now. Fits perfectly for what we do. Private cove with calm water for paddle boarding, Pontoon swim deck serves as good dock for our 23' wake boat with easy access to the Big Clifty channel of Beaver Lake, and plenty of room for up to 8 adults. Distance from town and 4 to 6 miles of gravel road frontage could be detracting if you are not primarily interested in the lake but we go to Eureka or Rogers every evening for meals so not a big deal for us.

My teenagers, bf, and bf's son spent four nights at this cabin June 2026. It's definitely isolated which is why we picked it.....my son is studying biology in college and spent each night out with a lantern checking for critters.I think the cabin's price point was a bit steep. Things were creaky and a bit dated. For example, an outlet faceplate with a gaping hole instead of a plugin. There was a switch panel that had openings for three light switches but the third was empty. Several of the hand cranks to open the windows were cracked, one broken off. I don't know where this was cataloged but I was halfway afraid of being charged for things that were in disrepair. We didn't need to open the windows anyway.Towels were in old cabinets and smelled musty when used. The downstairs bedroom smelled slightly of fuel (gasoline) but we couldn't tell where it was coming from. I didn't contact the owner or VRBO because 1) no cell service and 2) would have been a wild goose chase for such a faint smell. But the smell was there and persisted each day.Water pressure was weird. The water would pulse high/low while shower was running.We got the isolated trip that my son requested and we had a good time. I think the cabin was a bit overpriced though.

Cove lake house

Overall good experience. The location alittle difficult to get to but worth it. Water was great beautiful scenery. Cabin overall nice and well stocked. The outside has multiple decks which is nice but the antenna on the house was hanging in precariously over where people sit or walking if any wind came up could fall in someone. Had 2 people including small child stung by hornets on the deck. The path to the dock from the deck was muddy and eroded difficult for small children to negotiate. I would say not a great place for children under 5.

A place to make great memories!

This is a cabin with a great view, very peaceful and relaxing, good size bedrooms, comfortable beds, inside is clean and homelike. We didn't catch any fish but it was March, I can imagine it would be very good in the summer. It is about 40 minutes to a Super Walmart. We went to the War Eagle Cavern. Cresent Hotel Ghost Tour- got some amazing pictures, Turpentine Creek, beautiful animals, but spent most of the time at the cabin exploring the grounds. The roads are crazy but that is expected in Arkansas. We brought inflatable boats for our teenage kids and they had a ball in the lake! Great family game nights and bonfires, and we brought home great memories!

Beautiful cabin, beautiful scenery, relaxing stay

Terrific property. Very picturesque setting, on a deep cove. Saw bald eagle fly by on a couple days. It is very relaxing to stay there. We (total party of 10) were there during Thanksgiving 2015 week. Watched a lot of football on the Direct TV that is provided. It was actually nice not having cell coverage for the week at the house. The kids spent time building campfires, fishing, playing board games, watching movies vs. staring at their phones. Would recommend this Hamley Retreat cabin. We all liked it very much. None of us had 4 wheel drive, and we had a lot of rain while there, all of us were able to get out without any real issues. My youngest wanted to stay another week! Thank you for the terrific holiday week, we loved staying at your cabin!

Sweet retreat

We have stayed in many VRBOs over the last several years and this is one of my favorites. It was a beautiful property! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The shoreline was perfect! Rocks line the whole shoreline so there is no mud or mess to worry about and the water is clear and beautiful. In fact it was even deep enough in spots our kids were able to jump off a higher rock ledge into the water. The kids also caught several fish right off the bank. The cove was peaceful and the land gorgeous. We did end up with ticks all over us every time we explored the property though, even with bug spray so be prepared! Several people did get lost on the way to the cabin as mapquest took them the wrong way, so I would definitely suggest having the directions that Karen is kind enough to provide as a back up. We were really worried we were going to have trouble getting out of the long rocky driveway, but even those of us without 4 wheel drive were able to get out without trouble. It was wonderful to be secluded and unplugged for a week and the only time we really left the cabin was when we were out on the lake on the boat. Thanks for a wonderful family trip. It is one we will always remember fondly!

One of the reasons I decided to turn it into a vacation rental was so that others could enjoy the peace and quiet Beaver Lake has to offer. I’m glad you found the cabin clean and well stocked. My housekeeper is a neighbor and takes great pride in providing a well-kept house to all guests. The woods can be a great place to relax and enjoy nature but sometimes the pests do invade! Cutter Deep Woods is my favorite insect repellant to keep them at bay! I’m so glad you enjoyed fishing from the bank. I enjoy just watching the fish in the clear water. Great view

Like most of the properties in this area there are long dirt roads to take you to the home. 4 or all wheel drive highly recommended. Home is located on the lake with beautiful views, lots of privacy. Home needs some upgrades in bathrooms and furniture. Made the mistake of looking for kids toy under couch cushion. Probably never cleaned. Would definitely go back except the cleaning products they used were so toxic that we could not use the lower level which included king bed and bathroom. Not sure if the cleaner was masking a problem but NO ONE wanted to go down the basement. The numerous animal heads hanging over the bed were also a turn off. One maybe. 10 was a bit much. Wanted to love everything about the home as the people we dealt with were helpful and friendly. But until they come up with a more home friendly cleaner it will be a no go. Also half of the windows either did not work or did not have screens. Was a beautiful week weather wise but couldn’t even open home to air it out. If you are at all sensitive to smells and cleaners I would avoid.

WARNING 4WD REQUIRED!!! This was the worst vacation ever!!!!

The property and lake were nice but the property is badly misrepresented in the listing. The "dirt road" is an off-road trail at best and this is coming from someone that lives on a dirt road! The house sits on 5 acres not 145!!!! This property is ON THE SIDE OF A MOUNTIAN! We had no idea there was a mountain range there. The "driveway" has a 250 foot decent from the gate to the house, most of which is in the second half of the drive. There are large roots and football sized rocks/boulders all over the trail. The worst part is once you get to the second half of the driveway there is no possible way to turn around so you are stuck going all the way down to the house. We have a newer SUV with all-terrain tires but it is 2WD and were barely able to leave the property. We were literally stuck there for 2 days without food and no way to leave to get any. The owner was unreachable and there is no internet or cell phone service at the house. We had to walk the half mile back to the road to even attempt to make calls. VRBO did nothing to help us get a refund, the host has never even visited the property to see how bad the driveway is, and the owner won't answerr my calls for a refund. We barely spent two nights there out of a 6 night stay. We would have left immediately if we could have! I will NEVER visit ANYWHERE IN ARKANSAS EVER AGAIN!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
