Nestled in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania’s historic Chester County, this cozy gem consists of 3 bedrooms, each equipped with ceiling fans, full eat-in kitchen (also with a ceiling fan), living room (complete with big screen smart tv and ROKU entertainment center) laundry, and full bath. What else?! An Outdoor, Year Round, Hot Tub for your use and enjoyment. Also, this ideal location is adjacent to the 1,784-acre Marsh Creek State Park which houses the 535-acre Marsh Creek Lake.

This is an awesome getaway or vacation spot weather your by yourself, with friends, or with a family. It is a beautiful, scenic area with great views around every country curve. Marsh Creek Lake highlights these views. A ride through nearby Lancaster County will introduce you to the lifestyle of the Pennsylvania Dutch.

A car is needed to get around this area. There is no immediate public transportation. Think, “pleasant country roads”!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage gave our family plenty of room to relax and unwind, far more than we would have had in a hotel. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, and the host's communication was outstanding. The location is a little secluded, but that's part of its charm. The scenery is beautiful, and the peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway.

Nice little cottage

This was a perfect spot for us stay while visiting friend and family nearby. We had room to work during the day at the desk and plenty of room for the kids to have their own space.

Easy, clean & beautiful

The booking process and communication with property manager was very easy and convenient. I booked on a Wednesday for a stay from Friday to Sunday so quick and easy "staycation." The house was very clean and beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for. Loved this place!

Very cute, quiet cottage

This super cute cottage is nestled in the green space surrounding Marsh Creek state park. It's a quite place, where you can really hear the sounds of the night when you go outside. We loved the interior decorations and communication with our hosts was easy and timely.

Super cute, very aesthetic cottage. Well-appointed kitchen with sharp knives We were truly thankful for this, as most VROBs have dull knives and minimal kitchen equipment. We have been traveling for lacrosse for a few weeks and needed a place to unwind and relax, and this was the perfect space.

Cute cabin getaway in the woods! Adorable inside with cute furnishings. Very clean! The host was amazing! Very kind and communicative! Would recommend this property to others and will staycation here again in the future!

Good location near venue for family reunion

Overall it was quite nice and well equipped. The AC filters were in need of cleaning which we did after our dust/mold sensitive grandchild started getting very congested after sitting next to one of the window units. There is also a strong moldy smell in the middle bedroom, which became worse when a storage door was opened. The owner was quite nice and a good communicator and I feel confident he will attend to these concerns.

Great spot, fun and quirky decor. Great kitchen with sharp knives and fanstatic range. Amazing farm stand 3 minutes away. One note for other travelers - bring a flashlight or battery powered candles. The power went out due to a storm on our last night and there were none available on site. Glad we had planned ahead and brought our own. Other than that, great place - would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The house was well stocked with all the comforts of home. We had everything with needed. The place was clean and comfortable. The hot tub is fabulous. The yard is a good size for playing with the dog. The outside could use some landscape love.
