Short and semi sweet

Property and room was nice.check in was off property and confusing . Had to ask for extra towels for a two day stay. Short walk to a beautiful beach. would recommend

The overall stay was pretty good, however I wasn’t feeling the parking. I literally had to buy washcloths because there wasn’t any provided )only towels even after I asked for more .

Won’t rent here again

Check in was horrible. Got an email from property, it had an address listed so we drive there. Not the correct place. Had to go to a second address to check in to get a 3rd address . It took over an hour to get to our room to only discover no coffee for coffee pot, only two bath towels; no hand towels, no wash cloths, and no hand soap. Dead cockroach on the floor. Dirty floors.

Check in was a nightmare

The check in process was so confusing and we ended up having to ask other guests who were coming back from dinner on how to check in. The room was clean and nice but the check in process ruined it for us.

Great location

Check in can be a little confusing but if you follow directions it’s actually easy. Could the floors be a little cleaner yes. Over all we had a great stay and staff was very friendly. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. We were able to walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. We won’t to give Pete a big shout out he was awesome. Thank you

NEVER AGAIN !!

Room looked NOTHING like the pictures on the booking site and it was INFESTED WITH ROACHES !! They were everywhere !! In the microwave the fridge and they charged 200 deposit plus the booking price ! Completely horrible

This was the worst experience

Our room had roaches, mold and no hot water. This was an insane experience. The supervisor of house keeping was so rude. She yelled at me in Spanish when i told her about the mold and pretended the mold wasn't there. She said she turned off the hot water before our check in. Do not recommend l.

That was underwhelming

The check in was at a central location and then the room we stayed in was about 10 blocks away…so really not great if you don’t have a car. Also you can’t bring a car because there is no where to park a car.Our room was nicer than expected…and then there was rain and the whole bed got soaked as the roof leaked on top of us in the middle of the night.Our Vrbo host told us we would be able to leave our luggage at the check in while we walked around and explored, (if we couldn’t get an early check in) but that wasn’t the case.The price was cheap, but it was for good reason. I wouldn’t recommend staying there

Nightmare in Miami

We checked out the same night due too over a dozen gnats in the bathroom, the refrigerator was stained on the outside and soiled on the inside, mold specks were on the window, there was no parking in the area…no where…the pictures on line did not match the property whoever put up pictures used photoshop. The front desk informed me they have not see. The manager of the property for over 3 weeks and there was now there to assist me and no other rooms for me to be switched into to accommodate my stay

Terrible

Upon arriving to check in, we were told there were multiple property locations. After receiving my room key I was sent to a different property than what had been sent to me by the host. When entering my room I found people in there. After trying to call the office no one answered so I had to uber back to the main office. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for them to find alternative accommodations for me. I had received another room and a different location than the last and that was a 1/2 mile away from the original address the host had sent me before my arrival. The host barely responded to me throughout my stay and has been no help. On the second to last day of my trip the room key stopped working and I had to return to the front desk again to receive a new room key. Overall not a great place to stay with little communication from the host.

The room was clean, however to start room only has 1 set of towels for 4 days. Was told maid only comes every 3rd day. Didn't see or talk to the host at ALL! Everything is separate. No where to ever park, got 2 tickets, and my car was towed. Very older setting.The room being clean was the only thing goid about this location

Noisy & sketchy neighborhood

Pictures are nicer online than rooms actually are. Plus is that its one block from the beach, so you can walk. Parking is a nightmare if you have a vehicle! The free spots are always taken so you either have to pay $20 a day or park a few blocks away and walk. Neighborhood is sketchy. Beds are not comfortable and they only give you one crappy pillow each. The room os somewhat clean, no bugs of any kind, but they do not sweep the floors so if you walk around barefoot your feet are black. And they spruced the place up with some nice things like a table, TV and countertops, but are cheap in other areas such as the showers are old from the 80,s and have been painted over and over. Walls are thin and not insulated at all. We could hear everything going on above us and this is on a very busy road so we heard all the traffic at night. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you! They do have a pool, we did not use it because it was cloudy and looked dirty plus it was a few blocks away. Big thing to note is the office is in another location about 4 blocks away and you have to check in there first before you can gain access to your room as they own several properties in the area. Overall it’s not the cleanest, not as nice as the photos, it’s really loud, uncomfortable and you have to pay to park. We would not stay here again.

My suggestion

The room was beautiful and well decorated but I personally think for this rate should be have full kitchen able to cook on it and also cups, and enough plates , napkins, etc.
