The condo was excellent. Clean, right on the beach, beautiful views. It had everything we needed. Kristin and Mike were very helpful and responded in a timely manner. We would definitely go there again.

Wonderful property. Ran into check-in issues but hosts were available and with us through the whole process. Communication was excellent, condo was very nice and comfy, was a true oceanfront property. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Hosts provided and purchased an air mattress for us. Beach was beautiful. Grounds of property were clean and tidy. Low key beach vibe with no crowds which is exactly what we wanted.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were welcoming and very comfortable. The location was ideal and we enjoyed the easy beach access and the views from the balcony. Would absolutely consider coming back.

Perfect place for our trip! The condo is directly on the beach and was in a very quiet part of town. We loved the location. The host was very quick to respond to our messages. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We had a great stay at Beach Heaven. Being directly on the ocean was perfect for the grandkids. We were able to watch the evening sunset from the deck and the grandkids adored the warm water pool. The kitchen was well stocked for meals at home and there were some good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend Beach Heaven for your stay in IRB.

We had a great stay and location is very convenient with one set of steps down to the pool and a step away from the pool to the beach. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Summer Beach Stay

This was a great place to stay. We greatly enjoyed the Lanai, the short walks to the beach, and the quiet and private place to stay. The hosts were great to work with. We would definitely look to stay again at this property!

Perfect Vacation

Location is great, property is well kept, hosts were awesome to deal with. All beach furniture was in great shape and very convenient to use. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Wonderful Place!!

This place is such a gem! Right on the beach! Beds are all comfy, lots of places to sit and be comfy in the condo and on the balcony! Small complex so no crowds at the beach. Just perfect!

Although the place is right on the beach, it is pretty rundown. Except for new appliances and decent beds, the place is in need of a refresh. The bathrooms and furniture are in rough shape and the walls look like they were painted by amateurs in less than an hour. Getting to the assigned parking spot under the building is also a challenge. A full size truck definitely would not fit. That said, it delivered on what my family needed. Beach time in a quiet area, except the fridge kept drinking my beer.

Amazing views, beautiful beach

Wonderful for a family stay. Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet town but still lots to do. Unit was well stocked. The porch is lovely and beach easily accessible. Please of room for our party of 5. We would definitely visit again.

Great Beach Getaway

We loved the convenience of the first floor condominium. We had a great view of the ocean while still being close to our car. The amenities were exactly as promised. The owners were so helpful on every detail. We will be looking forward to going back next year.

Awesome condo and location

Awesome condo in a perfect location. Great communication with easy check in and out. Very comfortable condo with everything you need. We even got to see dolphins swim right under the dock across the street!

Highly recommend. Excellent

We stayed here last year and it was so nice we returned this year. It's a wonderful location. The property has a great layout, plenty of room, and clean. You can't ask for a better view and communication with owners. Yes, we would absolutely go back again.
