Great stay in the Keys

We had a great stay here. Everything was provided that we needed and the condo itself is very nice. It was a perfect spot to stay and explore the keys!

Anniversary getaway

Exactly as shown. Beautiful views, clean, very safe. Great location to have as home base. Plenty to do on site also.

Great location, easy marina & pool access

The unit is very spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful property. Nice pool and loved having the marina right beside our building since we brought our boat.

Long weekend getaway

Great Family Get Away

We had a great stay! The condo was clean & looked like the pictures online. The only negative was our neighbors next door that partied until 4AM! They clearly did not obey the stated quiet hours.

April weekvacation

The condo was very clean. It has a beautiful view of the marina and ocean and the birds nest (I loved to listen to the birds in the morning on the balcony). It was very close to everything. The pool area with a large jacuzzi was clean and not crowded in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly with most notably bartender's Wally and Tara. I felt safe there. Mostly families or older adults. All in all I recommend Ocean Point.

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful and we had a direct view of the ocean from our condo. We were pretty cetrally located to everything we planned to do in Key Largo. We were also isolated enough to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the main roads, but close to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The owners/management team was really quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience. Would vacation with them again.

Access issues mostly unresolved

The condo was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. It is a third floor unit and the elevator was out of service for the first 4 days of our 5 day visit. I have mobility difficulties. The stairs were a great issue for me. Causing me unnecessary pain during my vacation. No accommodations were offered by the host. When we checked in guest room tv was inoperable. The host replaced the tv during the second day of our visit.

First time in the Keys

Overall I would give this property a 7. The condo was really nice, was ideal for our family of 5. We were able to access the private beach everyday and plenty of space to relax in the evening. it just had 2 major flaws. The internet didn’t work for 7 full days. No matter what we did, we had no luck. When we called the property management company we were told the internet is spotty on the island. After speaking with numerous people, that isn’t the case and we fully assume this condo has no internet. My husband works remotely and we had to use our cell phone hot spot to simply just get TV on in the evening. The mattress in the master was terrible. By the 3rd night, my husband and I were sleeping in the pull out couch. When a couch is more comfortable that should you something.

Thank you for your review. I don’t have an answer as to why you did not have Internet for seven full days because there was Comcast service… The highest speed available…connected in that unit on a private account, not through the Ocean pointe community. During the last eight weeks Ocean pointe community is changing their entire facility to a company called Hotwire, which now has been completed since your stay. However, that in no way should’ve affected your service for that long and I’m sorry that was your experience. If you have the name and which property management company you spoke to…whether it was the one onsite or our management office…I invite you to call Barefeet Rentals and ask for Annie and give me that name for that’s a training opportunity. Although we do have spotty signal from time to time that’s not the answer to what happened to you I’m sure about that. As for the master bed… That mattress is less than a year old but this is the second complaint I’ve heard about that so I will reach out to the homeowner and see if there’s some kind of a warranty so he can get a replacement. I’m truly sorry your stay was not all you hoped it would be. I’ll ask that when you return you give us an opportunity to provide you with a 5* stay!

Overall, it is a beautiful unit with a wonderful view. The bathrooms were updated nicely with clean towels. It was surprisingly quiet. Just a few chairs moving around upstairs. It was nicely decorated with a very comfortable beach to explore. The ladies at the Barefeet Rental location were very friendly and helpful.

Consider replacing mattresses

The mattress on the king size bed is far too soft and saggy; poor sleep quality because of this. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

We realize that not everyone has the same comfort level in a bed. This mattress is less than a year old and we had our maintenance department inspect to make sure it was not something with the frame of the bed but they found no fault and no sag there either. We are sorry your stay was not all you hoped it would be an invite you to come back again!

We really enjoyed the condo and the property.

We really enjoyed the condo and the property. Our boys LOVED fishing in the marina area. Our daughter loved the pool. We used the tennis courts a few times. Some quirks - being located right across from the trash shoot was not wonderful. We were woken up several times by loud people in the hallway. One night around 2am someone was throwing glass bottles down the trash shoot. The front door lets lots of noise in, since it isn't a solid door (plexiglass window). Kitchen was well stocked. I was thankful that the floors were clean! We remove our shoes at the front door always when at home or away from home. It is nice when our white socks stay white while on vacation! Everything else was very clean. No issues at all. Overall a really nice place. We could see coming back. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. We would rent through Barefeet again, so I would definitely recommend Barefeet rentals to our family and friends. We didn't have any problems. All communication with Barefeet worked really well from start to finish.

My husband and I had a great time. We loved that the community was gated; it was also off the main road, so very little to no noise pollution. The rental is beautiful and perfect for 4-6 people.

Ocean Point Suites

Loved the property and townhome...Barefeet rentals seemed to overcomplicate check in....was required to drive 15 miles out of the way for office check in when an electronic door code could have been passed via email...

We want our guests to know they are not just a number to us so with only one road into the Keys - and our office being right on it - guests must pass by us on the way to Ocean Pointe - we don’t see how we could make it any easier.
