Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing.

We enjoyed staying at Sunshine place once again. We love the view and privacy we are afforded. Kathy at Keys Holiday Rentals is easy to work with and always seems available. Already made reservations for next year!

Vacation home

The place is great. Everything is very nice and well kept. Our only complaint is the very uncomfortable living room furniture. We will be back if a nice reclining couch and chair replace the current furniture. If not we would have to stay elsewhere.

Great stay and perfect location!

From booking to checking out, the agents were great and helpful. Sunshine place is a charming touch of Florida living at its best. The backyard was absolutely amazing for our dogs and they loved watching the boats go in and out of the marina. We even got visited daily by a very large iguana that sunned himself on the rock wall, bordering the canal. The inside provided plenty of space for my two daughters and myself along with our furry family companions. The one and a half bath is a great bonus. Brand new sleeper sofa was very comfortable and everything was clean. Will definitely be back again.

3 - Meets Expectations

Beautiful Sunrises, Beautiful property. Liked how it was centered in downtown islamorada. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Dock is tiny. House was small and meet the very basic needs. (which is ok).

Amazing!!

Second time going to Sunshine and it has being amazing. Went in 2024 for our honeymoon and again this year to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. Apartment has everything you need. Dock, backyard for my pups. Kathy and Jessica great! Always there to help and answer every question. Definitely going back next year! I highly recommend!! 🤍☀️
