Overall our stay was good. Pros: plenty of space inside for our group; decor was pretty; EACH BEDROOM HAS AN EN SUITE, which was why I booked this cabin. Very pretty at this time of year! Cons:Pictures on website are deceiving! Main living room and grounds around the cabin are A LOT SMALLER than they appear, as well as driveway and parking; No screens on patio doors and windows were hard to open; Kitchen faucet handle was very loose and difficult to use; BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE; And lastly, NEVER have I rented a place that charged for cleaning and then asked that I strip beds and unloaded dishwasher. That is the cleaning crew’s job!!!!I did strip beds and ran the dishwasher and that was all i was willing to do. (Under the sofas were dusty and had food under them, however bathrooms were tip top!I feel this property was overpriced for the condition it was in.

We're sorry the bed comfort and other aspects of the cabin fell short of your expectations. We take your comments about the faucet and cleaning beneath the sofas seriously. To clarify for future guests, we ask that used dishes be loaded into the dishwasher and the cycle started with the pods we provide. Guests are not asked to unload the dishwasher. Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience.

Bedding needs update, bad mattresses , needs new bedspread, sheets, towels smelled bad and kitchen rags and towels smelled bad. Shower very small hard for men. Don't ask me to tip your cleaners. Already paying for cleaning. Kitchen table outdated and center kept pulling apart. Spend some money and update cabin.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry Starry Knight did not meet your expectations. We take guests input seriously and and we have followed up with our housekeeping team. We have not received similar complaints, and we have many returning guests , but we certainly will continue to monitor these items closely. We do invest in the property, including significant recent improvements such as a new furnace and lower-deck replacement. We appreciate all guest feedback and use it to identify areas where additional updates may be beneficial.

We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The place was very clean when we arrived and there was a lot of room for the 7 of us. Although we enjoyed the hot tub, it was a little dirty and looked as though it could use fresh water in it.

Beautiful cabin, lots of space for our family of 12. The kitchen was very well stocked for our cooking wants. Excellent pet friendly for our 2 fur babies.

Great space, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed! The only complaint was that the basement had a musty, dampness which could probably be helped by a dehumidifier. The basement also smelled strongly of campfire. Great central location for Hocking Hills trails. Comfortable and cozy house!

Great stay in Hocking Hills

We had a great time at Starry Knight in Hocking Hills! The cabin was well-equipped and looked just like the pictures. It had more than enough space for our multi-generational family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cabin to friends and family!

Wonderful weekend with family and friends. Very nice property and location. Driveway probably requires 4WD for safe access.

Family Time

Beautiful place, very well stocked. We loved the back porch fireplace. Had great laughs, many stories and many new memories were made! Loved Starry Night and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Spot!

We had such a wonderful two night stay! We ranged in ages from 2 to 70 and everyone of us had a blast! Room for the whole group to sleep comfortably and gather or spread out. The fireplace outside drew all of us and we sat for hours around it talking and laughing! Perfect location for walks with little ones and a little exploring in the woods!
