We regularly inspect and replace items as needed, and we certainly would have been happy to bring you fresh towels during your stay if you had contacted us. We encourage guests to reach out to us with any concerns so we have the opportunity to address them while they are here. Regarding the pool security staff, their responsibility is to help ensure that all guests can safely enjoy the pool areas by enforcing the resort’s established rules. When guests do not follow those rules, security is required to address the situation. While we understand that this may have felt inconvenient, those guidelines are in place for the enjoyment and safety of everyone at the resort.
