Great place for family

Short walk to the beach, near several parks, quiet place. This is a great place to come with kids in Florida.

Close to Paradise!

We stayed over spring break - house was clean, well stocked and well - perfect. Super close to the beach and not a bad drive to Orlando. Would for sure stay again!

A trip to Melbourne Beach!

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The nearby beach is very nice and quiet. The area is fantastic!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We booked this property because of the e-bikes and kayaks. It was disappointing that the bikes were not e-bikes and there was only 1 kayak.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately the Margaritaville beach bikes are not electric, sorry for this confusion. The kayaks, fishing gear, carts, other outdoor equipment, many other surfboards and water activity items change overtime and are being maintained on a regular basis. Sorry for this inconvenience. Great beach house

My friend and I took our kids for spring break. We had a wonderful time. The house had all the supplies we needed. Short walk to the beach. I would definitely go back again.

Family Vacation

This place did not disappoint, we had everything we needed. Chuck was great at getting back to me, everything we needed for the beach, hot tub was a bonus and the property itself is beautiful. Thank you!

Paradise!!!

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time at your place! The pool table was a great bonding tool. My personal favorite was the back yard. That patio was everything!! Clean, relaxing, plenty of space and things to do. Close to the beach and to restaurants. I’m so happy to have found this place.

Great house, comfortable beds, lots of amenities!

Host was very responsive to all questions. So many things to do right at the house! We enjoyed the putting green, bike and hot tub the most. Didn't have a chance to use the water items since the weather was bad. The location was very safe and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to go back any time!

Things don't work too well

Things in the place that we went to use sometimes didn't work as expected. For instance the blender started smoking and smelling like burnt plastic. There was a slot machine in the game room that didn't work. When I plugged it into an outlet is set about screaking so I quickly unplugged it. Outdoor pillows had mold growing on them. Dishwasher was out of order so we had to handwash, rinse and dry dishes manually. Who wants to do that on vacation? The kitchen sink was very slow-draining so washing dishes was difficult at best. We had to eat out at restaurants more than expected. They did have paper plates available for us but you still had to wash the utensils and pans. I believe this house is on a well and septic because the tap water had at times a tendency to smell like rotted eggs. This house is ok but the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy to me. We had a good time in the area going to the space coast and the Wizard of Oz immersive experience along with Ron Jon surf Mecca. Plus we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk so carrying things there was a bit much. There's a couple electric bikes but you had to rent them. I didn't see that in the add. Also the ad shows a golf cart but there wasn't one there. Host said I had to rent that too (VRBO won't let me tell you how much they're charging) but it was much.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties while staying at Marga-Rita. During this time of delayed responses and lack of support in the home repair markets we have had challenges in the repairs to the property. There is also some current home construction going on near our beach entrance, which makes the beach harder to access on our street. We have repaired the dishwasher, and the water treatment system, and also purchased some new patio items and a blender. The golf cart and E-bikes were from the previous owner and the pictures have been removed, but are available from local rental companies along the beach. We still include the regular Beach bikes, surfboards, chairs, fishing poles, beach cart and more.....Thank you for your stay, All the Best from Marga-Rita !
