Wonderful condo in a great location!

Loved being on S Lamar so close to great restaurants and a 1min walk to Walgreens for everyday stuff. Would stay again!

Fantastic property that is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Superb location by downtown Austin and easy access to all local restaurants and attractions.

Lovely loft with comfortable furnishings, linens and well stocked kitchen. We are here looking at apartments for our Grad student. The location is very central to the city as well as the different school campus locations. The owners have been very responsive through the booking process as well as the stay. We look forward to staying here when we visit our student.

Honestly, this was the best stay I’ve ever had. The place was so clean, so well stocked/organized (like they even had band-aids and toothbrushes) it felt like staying at your friends or family’s rental. I appreciated all the thought that went to this place. Even the sheets were soft and not cheap like some places I’ve stayed in. If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be that Roku can be slow to use, but that’s it. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was in a great location, loved the coveted reserved parking spot. Literally no complaints and I will def be booking this place anytime I need to be in Austin.

Lovely property

Came in town to celebrate my birthday. This place was really nice. Very close to everything. The property manager was very prompt to reply and will definitely book again!

Perfect place to stay!

We were in town for a long weekend and found this little gem. It looks just like the pictures. It’s comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Previous reviews mentioned the parking - it is a bit tricky. I wasn’t sent the parking spot number before check in but when we called they issued it to us right away. Only improvement would be to provide clearer directions on parking. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Austin.
