Find a Park City retreat full of sunlight and polish at this two-story home, a wonderful base for adventure all year round. Spend your days hiking, golfing, skiing, or snowboarding, and your evenings soaking in the private hot tub beneath a sky full of stars.

This home sits on the northeast side of Park City, close to the junction of I-80 and 189, giving you easy access to Kimball Junction (five miles) and Utah Olympic Park (seven miles). To hit the slopes, head to Canyons Village, the main base area of Park City Mountain (both are eight miles), or Deer Valley Resort (11 miles). You'll also be close to the restaurants and galleries of Historic Main Street (eight miles) and Jordanelle and Rockport State Parks (11 miles).

Bring your first cup of coffee outside to the front porch each morning, where you can watch this modern, new neighborhood come to life. At day's end, the fenced patio provides a private space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the hot tub.

The interior is sunny and bright, with central air and complimentary WiFi running throughout. Prepare hearty meals using stainless steel kitchen appliances, sit down for dinners and board games at the dining room table, and stream movies in the living room late into the evenings. All three bedrooms (and a laundry room) are upstairs, including a primary suite with its own smart TV, bathroom, and walk-in closet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
