Two Feathers Lodge feels like our home away from home, so we were excited to celebrate another wedding anniversary there. It was our third visit, and it did not disappoint. If you like privacy, wildlife viewing and a good night sleep, you will love it. No cell phone or tv distractions, just make sure you have the binoculars close! The hardest part about being there is leaving! Thank you for another great stay!

My wife and I have stayed all over Montana. We really appreciated the serenity and beauty of this property. This is not a small lot of land close to a river, this is 70 acres with river frontage. You can fish, swim, hike, see tons of wildlife without ever leaving the property. We will hopefully be able to return soon.

We loved our stay at this quaint, quiet and off-grid cabin. Everything was perfect from the beauty of the location to the comfort of the cabin! The host and manager communicated well leading up to our stay, and upon arrival thoroughly explained how the cabin worked. Everything in the cabin worked well, so we didn't have need to contact them during our stay and check out was easy! The neighbor's (although we only drove past a couple of them our entire stay) waved & were friendly. This is an amazing gem of a place for those who desire to get away from it all! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Having 72 acres to roam, the river, and your own private beach and swimming hole is well worth the drive. This property is ideal for those who value privacy, solitude, and nature more than amenities and frills. It was a very relaxing stay. The owners and property manager were a dream to work with. Everything went super smoothly from that perspective. The lighting in the cabin can be a little dark so bring a headlamp or battery lanterns if you struggle in low light situations. Four-wheel low is also helpful for the last hill before the cabin. AWD can work if you are a driver with off-road experience.Be sure to check out the stars at night from the balcony or the picnic table. There is zero light pollution. I think we saw over 20 different kinds of birds and ducks during our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! We had a bachelorette weekend here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin was so clean and spacious. The check in process was easy and they were so accommodating for our large group. We have already talked about booking again.

This was our second stay. It was perfect. The cabin and location are beautiful. We hiked, fished, swam and watched the multitude of wildlife right from the porch. The only thing to keep in mind, is that the need for a four wheel drive is not a suggestion.

Montana hideaway

What a great place! We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the meadow and river. We climbed the rocks and the view was even better. Unfortunately the fish in the river were not biting, but the Missouri River is nearby. It was a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Such a beautiful log home!

Montana at its finest.

This is the 5th time I've stayed at Two Feathers, and I'll be back 50 more. It's quiet and beautiful. Plenty to explore. Morning and evening wildlife. If you aren't staying here when you are in Montana, you are doing it wrong.

This property is an amazing find. Please don't be concerned with the "off grid" listing. Water and Electricity were never a concern or issue. The view from the front porch is amazing - The Property and House are very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of wildlife - I saw deer and turkey every morning and evening. Star gazing at this location is amazing.

Paradise on earth

Exactly as described, off grid, secluded, just beautiful surroundings. Gave us chance to relax and enjoy the location weather and the swimming hole at the river. Tried a bit of fishing. A thoroughly enjoyable few days.

Dearborn River Cabin

Awesome trip - off the grid cabin in a beautiful valley on the Dearborn River. Even though we weren’t at high season, we caught fish every day. If you enjoy fishing and the great outdoors and want some time to enjoy life in the moment, this cabin will be great for you.

Remote get away

Remote is an understatement. This cabin sits on a very scenic part of the Deerborn River. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the heads up we received about getting to the location. And no cell service or internet made the sty even better. Can’t wait to return.

First trip to Montana!

The property was just gorgeous and the cabin was perfect! The images and descriptions gave us a solid idea of what to expect from this semi-rustic experience. Beautiful views and loads of wildlife. Pay heed to the need for 4WD for ingress and egress. The road is rough but plenty safe.
