The property was extremely convenient, clean, safe, easy to operate and thoughtful to our needs. The owners went out of their way to make sure the condo worked well for us. We would stay there again.

Great Vacation

We had to find another place to stay after our normal location was affected by the hurricanes. We chose this place because of the serene pictures of the unit, the wonderful pool area and the convenient location. The location is a short drive to downtown, the grocery, the beach, and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

The Condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Over looking the pool is always a nice treat. You can even see the Sarasota Bay in the distance. It has everything that is needed, with a focus on detail. The host communication is immediate. And for the area, a short drive to the beach and downtown Sarasota with great restaurants and nightlife. Hope to be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at 509. The host was available to help with anything you need. The condo was spotless, so homely, I slept so well. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Access was very straightforward. The Strand is a beautiful place with a warm pool that is never too busy and a great gym. There were people cleaning the communal areas most days, it is maintained really well. We would definitely stay here again.

This property did not disappoint. The host thought of everything and was very responsive. The condo was immaculate. Very safe neighborhood, close to everything. The pool was perfect. My wife and I give it our highest recommendation.

The strand 509b

The condominium was spotless! It had everything you needed. Walking distance to a fun restaurant/bar. Grocery store was less than a mile. The grounds and pool were kept clean daily. Neighbors are friendly.

Strand Sarasota

We had a great stay in unit 509 at The Strand. It was a comfortable and well furnished unit. Bedrooms are on the small side, especially the guest bedroom which only has a sofa bed but not a problem for us because there were only two people using it. The condo has a nice balcony which gets afternoon sun and great sunsets. The Strand has a great fitness center and a large pool. Our host was helpful and replied promptly to our questions. We would return.

Exceeded expectations.

First time VRBO user and we had a great experience. The unit is decorated beautifully, convenient to downtown Sarasota, The Ringling Museum, Long Boat and Siesta Key. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool having my morning coffee. Parking was easy and building is very secure. All new appliances were amazing. What made this even more special was the owner. There was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival and she responded immediately to any questions we had about the unit or the area. If we ever go back to the area, we will definitely consider renting again.

Amazing Stay

This was nothing short of amazing. The location was perfect for us. Easy and quick access to Lido Key and Sarasota and just a short drive to my brother’s house in Bradenton/UTC. The property itself was also amazing: clean, new, bright and secure. The pool was large and occupied a lot of our time. Moreover, the on-premise gym was great! We were able to workout as we normally do at our local gym. I mention this, because a lot of places have a “gym” but are not equipped for hardcore fitness enthusiasts. This was perfect. Finally, the host (Steve) was always available and responded to questions in near real time. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Appartement situé dans une résidence récente, parfaitement entretenue, offrant de superbes prestations : grande piscine, jacuzzi relaxant et salle de sport très bien équipée.Le logement lui-même est impeccable, joliment décoré et agencé avec soin. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour des vacances réussies, y compris du mobilier et des équipements de plage très pratiques.La place de parking couverte est un vrai plus, surtout en période de forte chaleur.L'emplacement est idéal : à proximité du centre-ville, du port, et des magnifiques plages de Lido Key et Siesta Key. Tampa, St. Pete et Clearwater sont également accessibles en moins d'une heure.La communication avec les hôtes a été fluide et agréable, du début à la fin du séjour.Habitué de la région depuis plus de dix ans, je recommande vivement cette location. Et pour ma part, je n'hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Sarasota, tant j'ai apprécié cette expérience.
