The house is fully equipped with beach cart, beach chairs, 10 x 10 canopy, skim boards, and paddleboards for your convenience. In the back yard, you will find a BBQ, fire pit, corn hole boards, and hammock. Embrace the allure of "Sea Breeze on Sunset," where comfort, entertainment, and relaxation come together to create unforgettable beach experiences.

Coffee Lover? We have you covered with a fully stocked coffee bar with both K Cups and ground coffee, frother, to-go cups, cream and sugar.

THE HOME

As you enter, you'll find an open-concept living room, bar, and kitchen area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a built-in bookshelf, flat-screen TV, and a pull-out queen sofa bed. Adjacent to the living room, a bar area with seating for four and a coffee bar await, perfect for enjoying drinks and conversations.

Moving up two stairs, you'll discover the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, and additional bar areas provides seating for six more, allowing for enjoyable meals and socializing.

Further down the hallway, a full bathroom with a tub and shower offers a refreshing oasis. The main floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a serene retreat for restful nights.

Step outside onto the deck through the sliding glass door, where patio seating invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. The deck also includes a dining table for six and a gas grill. In the backyard, cornhole boards, connect 4 game, fire pit, and a hammock add to the outdoor enjoyment.

Upstairs, the game room awaits, filled with excitement. Enjoy arcade games, air hockey, ping pong, and a flat-screen TV with gaming. Connected to the game room, two bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations. The bunk room features twin over full beds and a pull-out trundle, while the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a desk. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanities.

An additional bedroom with a queen bed and flat-screen TV, along with a third bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete the upstairs accommodations. Step outside onto the balcony to bask in the sunshine and enjoy the coastal ambiance with patio seating and lounge chairs.
