Nestled only 7 minutes from Downtown St. Petersburg, 22 minutes from Madeira Beach, and 18 minutes from Tampa International Airport, our location ensures you're never far from the action. The Shoppes at Park Place are a brief 6-minute drive, and with a RaceTrac just 2 minutes away and several dining options nearby, convenience is at your doorstep.

Our home offers a welcoming, spacious, and serene environment ideal for a family vacation.

Important House Rules:

- No parties allowed.
- One small pet is permitted, there is a pet fee of $100.

The property features a visibly accessible main entrance and a sizable driveway that comfortably accommodates up to 4 cars, with additional street parking available if needed. Experience comfort and ease in every aspect of your stay in this lovely home.

Very pleasant

It was great to be in a well-lit, bright and cheerful home; everything was new, clean and straightforward. We didn't use the hot tub or outside patio as we weren't there very much, but they looked inviting and a nice place to hang out. The house had all your basic necessities-kitchen appliances, laundry and an outdoor grill. It would have been nice to have an outlet to slow charge our EV, but being a short term stay, this wasn't a big issue. The location was convenient to St Pete and Clearwater, also to So Tampa.

Family of 4

We were displaced after Hurricane Helene and needed a place to stay for an undetermined amount of time. The day we were supposed to check in Hurricane Milton came through. The owners were in constant communication with us throughout this very stressful time. They were able to work with us on modifying Checkin dates and times. The property was very clean and new. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed for a prolonged stay with us cooking most meals at home. The hosts were prompt to address any questions. We loved the back patio area and the hot tub.
