Perché soggiornare in una camera d'albergo impersonale angusta quando si può godere di una spaziosa camera da letto 2 (Master al piano terra), 2 bagni completi nel cuore di Chandler, in Arizona. Questa unità è di oltre 1000 piedi quadrati, 2 piani, unità finale con letti matrimoniali in entrambe le camere - .. Goditi l'HDTV Dish Network a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e le combo Master BR TV / VCR nella camera da letto al piano superiore. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili, pentole, padelle, grill George Forman, pentole, tostapane, caffettiera e posate. C'è anche una piccola griglia per barbecue per cucinare all'aperto. Tutti gli elettrodomestici tra cui una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

Lascia che i bambini si godano un film al piano di sopra mentre gli adulti socializzano nell'ampio piano aperto al piano di sotto.

Upon check in the AC was broken for the first 3 days could not stay at the property but owner did everything she could to get it resolved as fast as possible did not receive a refund for the 3days we could not stay there but owner was somewhat difficult with paying for other suitable accommodations. Just ended up staying at the condo with no ac while I met with AC company to see it get fixed. House was well stocked but then we didn't replace everything and owner was upset even though we had went out of our way to see the AC was fixed she complained we didn't replace the toilet paper and laundry soap fully. I did leave it up to the owner as to any compensation for the time the AC was broken that we did not enjoy staying at her property with no AC she chose not to compensate I was 6 months pregnant at the time there should have been some compensation but again she choose not to provide any she did grant us a late check out by 5 hours that was nice

Stacie arrived July 22 I allowed an early check in. As soon as she arrived I was informed ac wasn’t working. It was down 2 days. As soon as she called I immediately made reservation at Extended Stay 4 miles away, for some reasoned, shedsdaZ said she was not allowed to do:422stay there. Said she was going to stay with a friend for the days the AC was being repaired could I send money to him. So Zelle $1 to friend to make sure Zelle would work after sending The $1 she said don’t send any more? She actually rejected both offers, Then I offered to just have VRBO refund her entire stay and she could do what she needed. She said that would not work either she had no way of receiving funds. I went over and above to resolve issue. Concerning other issue - due to my VRBO being a minimum of 30 day stay my contract request that you replenish tissue, paper towels and laundry soap. Due to my cleaners expecting to arrive to do there job with laundry soap and a bit of tissue. I had to pay extra for cleaners to go purchase. thank goodness they were willing. She had left NONE. They charged me for time and product which I totally understand. I could have charged this to her $250 deposit and did not.

Nice condo and a good location

I really enjoyed my stay here and the condo was very clean and had everything I needed for the summer. I felt safe in the area and it was a perfect location only 20 minutes from the airport and very close to downtown Chandler.

Pleasant stay in Chandler

Everything was as advertised. Clean, quiet, more than adequate appliances , pots and pans, etc. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again in the future.

One month vacay

It was clean, spacious. Nice set up as we had my brother join us and he had his own quarters upstairs (bedroom and own bathroom)

Great Weather!

The VRBO was ok. We had an issue for about 9 days without the pool, it was not the host's issue. The city of Chandler shut the pool down for some issues.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the pool being shut down. I was also unhappy about the HOA and City of Chandler taking as long as they did to get pool stabilized. I offered to pay for membership for Mike and his wife to the gym, 7 miles away that had pool and hot tub. They did not want which I totally understood. I sent a refund to off set the innocence. This is the first Time in 13 years this has happened. Mike and his wife were very helpful and kept me informed of the situation which I appreciate. Thanks Vicki Moore

Perfect

The condo was perfect for our purposes. The location was ideal as we had friends that lived very close. Although the pool was a little cool the first week of April, it warmed up enough by the second week. The hot tub wasn't working during our visit - the "pool guy" said that it needed a new heater and he was waiting on condo management to give him the ok to replace it.

Nice clean condo and convenient location

Exactly as listed. The condo was clean and has all the necessary things needed for a long stay. The neighborhood is also quiet aside from occasional pool parties (that go well beyond midnight), but the neighbors are friendly and nice. Communication with Vicki was good and she was responsive although when we checked out and forgot some stuff and I asked if I can come and pick them up she never responded.

Chandler Condo April

The condo is beautiful and recently remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and all of the cooking items we could need. Loved the Corelle dishes! The owner was wonderful to work with and communicated with us frequently. She answered questions and was genuinely interested in our comfort. Thank you Vicki!

Surgical Residency Rotation

This condo was perfect for my commute to Banner Desert Medical Center and local surgery centers during our intensive surgical internship. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. Vicki was a great host. Definitely would book this location again!

Great location.

Condo was in a great location and nice neighborhood. Many eating places within walking distance. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not available for much of our stay.

Great rental, perfect location

This property was perfect for my commute to Intel during my summer internship. The property was well kept and it was easy to keep in contact with the property owner. Great experience overall!

Great Location

It was a wonderful experience. The condo was very easy to access, it was very comfy and clean and had everything we needed. The location of the condo was within minutes of golf courses, shopping and some wonderful food establishments. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub which was just out the door from our unit. Vicki was a pleasure to deal with! Would definitely book again on our next stay in Arizona!

Perfect for my internship

I had a summer internship at Intel in Chandler. The location is perfect for that commute. The condo is spacious, clean and has all of the amenities needed to have a fantastic stay. That's not including a four step walk to the pool and hot tub area as well as the condo being located away from the noisy/busy parking lots of the community. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Nice clean condo in a great location.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while waiting to close on a new home. The condo is very clean and has everything you will need. The location is located close to shopping and good restaurants. It is nice and quiet which was a plus for me. Also has a covered parking space which is nice in the Arizona heat. I would recommend this property.

Quiet & Relaxing

Truly enjoyed 2 months in this quiet Chandler area in a well-equipped condo. Vicki was great at checking to see if we needed anything. The hot tub was heaven located just steps from our front gate. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable vacation.
