The house was very nice, clean and fully stocked for a family vacation. However, the listing mentioned that there was a canoe and kayaks, as well as an outdoor theater. There was only 2 inflatable paddle boards and no theater. Also, the access to the lake is only about 4' wide and there is no beach or dock. If you want to put the paddle boards in the water, you have to walk down the street quite a bit further to put them in at a dock. The only way a lake view is possible is if there are no leaves on the trees. Also, do not expect much from the washer and dryer. I only put a couple pair of underwear, some socks, a sweatshirt and 2 t-shirts in to be washed and the washer would not wring out the clothes. So everything had to be wrung out by hand and hung over the railing to be dried. I also did not wear those clothes again because I felt as if they were not really clean since there was still so much water in the clothes. The fire pit was great. The kitchen was great to use for breakfasts and dinner. Beds were ok. The upstairs suite was perfect for us, while the kids all had the downstairs bedrooms and bath.If they would update their listing to remove the items that are not included, make the lake access a little more clear in the listing, and replace the washer and dryer unit, this would be a great place.
