It was just like the pictures. We had no issues. It is in a fun quiet little area. We had a blast. We came back and took naps in the afternoon and then went out at night! It was a great trip.

The only thing I thought was weird was the request for us to strip down the bedding and put towels in the washer. As well as load dish washer and turn on and take out trash. I honestly thought for as much as we paid to stay their cleaning would be included . Although we aren't dirty people we clean up after our selves but I have never had a property ask that of us. Other then that and the cat and dog situation with the neighbors we had a great stay! Very peaceful and quiet except For the dog neighbor. Very safe area and close to everything. I would stay again!!!

Check in was super easy. Perfectly sized kitchen for making meals for a family. It was our 1st experience with a Vrbo, and I would definitely do it again.

Branson family vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was cozy, yet spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet other than the birds singing. This condo was conveniently located to all the attractions that we chose to visit. Top of the Rock was our favorite.

Quiet Getaway

It was very quiet and secluded from the big crowds of Branson, but still close enough to get to town. Very close gas station with mini grocery store with all the supplies. The place itself was well decorated and very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I had no problem sleeping all night long.

Peaceful but hectic stay

We enjoyed the property. We came in for my daughters dance competition and her brother came with. He was able to stick around the property and i wasnt worried about anything. We felt like we was at home

The complex was quiet and very conveniently located. There are full time residents living here, so be aware of pets and some noise at times. It is somewhat well equipped but chairs in living space are small and uncomfortable. The couch could use an update as well. Bedroom space appears as seen in pics but the upstairs bedroom is a loft. It is completely open to the downstairs living area and kitchen. It would’ve been nice to know this in advance. Overall, it was clean and pricing was good.

Upstairs. Asked if mobility scooter could be secured inside . Reply was yes but didn't say there 2 flights of step to get up. Air conditioner went out for a day and half. They fixed it . Over all 3.5 stars...

We stayed at this VRBO from June 8th to June 12th, 2026 for a short getaway. The apartment itself is adorable—cozy, well-decorated, and charming. The neighborhood was also a big plus: very quiet and peaceful, which made it a relaxing spot overall. Unfortunately, several issues detracted from the experience and raised safety concerns. The refrigerator was not cooling properly at all. We left our phones (with a digital thermometer app) inside for over an hour and the lowest temperature it reached was only 46F. Food and drinks didn’t stay properly cold, which was concerning for safety.The kitchen coffee setup was frustrating. There was no coffee provided, and the carafe didn’t even match the coffeemaker. We had to physically hold the carafe up against the machine for it to drain properly, otherwise coffee grounds would float in our cups. The water heater made extremely loud gurgling noises—loud enough that it woke us up multiple times at night and made it hard to sleep. Outdoors, the patio furniture was in poor condition. My sister fell through one of the patio chairs because it was rotted and structurally unsafe. Thankfully she wasn’t seriously injured, but it was startling and highlights the lack of basic maintenance. By far the most disturbing issue was the security situation. There was only a single key left in the lockbox. This means any previous guest could have easily made a copy and still have access to the unit at any time. This made us feel pretty unsafe.

Nice place but to many things wrong

We just ended our stay here last week, the place was beautiful however issue after issue with this place made it not so great. The couch bed was broken, the grill was broken, the dishes were dirty, and there were stains on the bed sheets. The property maintenance guy had to come over twice, while he was nice it is a little inconvenient for someone to just come over during our stay. The property manger did have the maintenance guy go purchase a blow up bed. That was nice however the main reason we went here is for the grill, which was broken. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

Price was good for the condo we rented. Little disappointed that 8 light bulbs were out during our stay. The inside of the unit is a little dated with some 80’s type style, but it was clean. Little concerned with the fridge as it did not keep food or drinks really cool, threw out our milk. Owner was responsive (quick to respond) and did provide all the details needed for the stay.
