Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights to attend a Bills game. Very accommodating and comfortable with a perfect location; close to stadium and options in Hamburg right down the street. Clean and well appointed, great communication with owners. We’d come back for a game next year!!

This house really nice ! Its interesting, cozy and comfortable. The host is very accessible and helpful. The cabinets are labeled and the house provided anything we needed over the weekend. It's amazing how quiet it is in the bedrooms when others may be active in the living spaces. We will stay here again when we are in town for events. Again, this is a very pleasant home

This honestly was our best stay anywhere. It was such great architecture. There was everything you could possibly need. Very clean, amazing back patio; couldnt of asked for anything better

The home is immaculate and very well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and having three full baths was appreciated by our young adult family members. The yard is lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the deck among the gardens. There are stores and eateries nearby, and the charming neighborhood is nice to walk around. We will definitely stay again!

Great experience

This was our first time booking through VRBO and we had an excellent experience. Communication was great, the house was just as described, very clean and well maintained. The owners obviously take pride in their property. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Niagra falls vacation

The property was clean and relaxing. The landscaping helped to create the illusion of total privacy. The kitchen had everything I needed to help my family feel at home. A great experience. The battery in the door alarm might need replaced as it continuously beeped.

Awesome stay in the Village

We ended up staying in the apartment and it was amazing. There were four of us and we had ample space. We were right downtown and had the enjoyment of all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment. We were in walking distance to everything. The place was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It had all the comforts of home. My favorite perk were the bedside chargers for our phones and iPad, both Android and Apple. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a shower head and wand and was updated. The kitchen was stocked with spices, oils, and essentials. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent Vbro

Lots of extras that meant so much...plenty of towels, great showerheads, supreme sheets, YouTube tv and Sunday ticket was a real plus! Location is safe and easy to get everywhere. Chessboard was a nice extra, as was the piano. We played and sang Christmas carols. Lots of seating and dining room table for our family Christmas dinner. Suitcase stand and lots of dresser space in each bedroom. Plenty of coffee and creamers. Immaculate in every way.

Interesting House - Nightmare to Get Into

The property itself was fine. The house is on the end of a quiet street in a nice neighborhood, and very close to restaurants and things to do in the cute town. The house has a few quirks which would have been nice to know about beforehand - like the fact that there is no division between the master bedroom/bathroom, and the toilet is just sitting in the corner of the room with no privacy (the angle of the photos for that room hides the layout of that). However, getting into the house was a nightmare and took 3 hours! We only got sent instructions on how to enter after I reached out to request them the day we planned to arrive. The front door had a lock with a code that needed to be entered, but the lock was broken and we couldn't get in. The only contact number listed for the property was incorrect. We tried messaging the owners, but they were unresponsive, so we dug through VRBO's customer service to find a number, and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, finally got to speak to a human. VRBO had the owner's correct contact info and connected us. They were out of the country at that time, but gave us alternate instructions on how to get into the house, as well as the contact info for the property manager who was local. They had no idea what the phone number listed was for and why it was incorrect, and apologized for the broken code entry. Horrible start to what should have been a fun weekend for our family.

Betty is justified in her complaint about the difficulty getting in to our house. We have a keypad lock that malfunctioned. Unfortunately I was in Austrailia and the time there was 3 AM so I was sleeping when they were trying to get in and I didn’t hear my phone. The number that was in my listing was my property managers cell and was, in fact, correct. Apparently when she called that number a person answered who only spoke Spanish. I cannot account for that. I had removed my number listing while I was to be away for a month so I understand their frustration in not being able to reach me. I take full responsibility for their difficulties getting in and have apologized for such. Relative to the master suite, the room is on two levels and you either step down to the bed chamber area or stay left to enter the bathroom area. There is a partial wall and a rotating TV above the 2 sinks that separates the two areas. The toilet is in the corner but in a separate room. It does not have a door and I suppose that could bother some people but frankly we’ve never even considered putting a door there, it wouldn’t fit. I was not trying to hide that fact, I simply didn’t think a photo of a toilet area was a feature either way. I would have hoped Betty would have some understanding of the situation after staying here for a few days and enjoying the house but if this situation ruined her whole weekend then I guess I deserved an overall 2 out of 5 rating. I’ll let you all be the judge of that. The door lock is now fixed and I have a lockbox key as a backup so this cannot happen again in the future.
