Welcome to our spacious and family friendly home located in South Reno just 35 minutes from Lake Tahoe. A quiet neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, casinos, the mountains and more. Our home was designed with you and your family in mind. From an outdoor patio where the kids can play while you bbq, to bunk bed and a video game system for others. Perfect location to enjoy the mountains, Lake Tahoe, downtown Reno, Carson City, and Truckee.

This single story open concept home has room for everybody. Natural light throughout with an open kitchen and living area so everybody can enjoy time together.
Master has a California King, bedroom 2 has a king bed as well as an ottoman that pulls out into a bed, bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a full on bottom and twin on top bunk bed. We also have a pull out ottoman that sleeps one more! When designing our spaced we wanted to keep it fun for all ages. We have board games, kids toys, a gaming system and a pack and play for your convenience.
We also have a TESLA charging system in our garage for you to use.
Security cameras are present outside the front out of the house, back, and side for your safety and ours. This is to ensure guests arrive and leave the premises. They are on and actively recording.
We ask that you please care for our space and be respectful to our neighbors especially if you are enjoying the backyard. Absolutely no parties are allowed.

Our house is conveniently located in South Reno with quick access to restaurants and grocery stores (Safeway and CVS all with in 5 minute drive). We are about 25 minutes to Mount Rose Ski Resort, Carson City, and Virginia City. About 35 minutes to Lake Tahoe and an easy 15 minutes to the airport, Downtown Reno,Sparks. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and if you are lucky you may see a wild horse or two!

-Please be sure to gather all your items before you leave as we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
-Absolutely no parties are allowed. We will immediately terminate your reservation.
-If staying on a Tuesday we ask that you kindly bring the trash to the curb on Monday evening for pickup.
-Please make sure to have fun and enjoy our space! We would ask for a review after your stay to share your experience with us. If there is any issues please let us know as we want this to be an amazing experience for you and your guests.
-Any evidence of broken house rules will result in an extra charge fee.

Beautiful property, great for family groups. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped but we were in town for a wedding so we didn’t use it much.

Host was excellent to communicate with,But,The A C was not working during our stay and Reno was 100 degrees outside, Primary room bed was nice, but beds in other bedrooms were uncomfortable, I noticed a lot of minor things in the house, but overall it was the perfect size for my family

This Reno home was beautiful, clean, spacious and lovely inside and out. Communication between the host and myself was timely and pleasant. Pleanty of kitchen space, comfortable couches and dining area, comfortable beds. Easy check-in and check-out. I absolutely recommend this location and host!

Wonderfully located home that is great for hosting and hanging out with family. We came into town for a memorial and the house provided us a great space to be together. Kids were well entertained by the trampoline in the back yard. Kitchen supplies could be more improved with serving bowls. Host was prompt at responding to all inquiries.

Everything was great! Location, cleanliness, amenities….overall wonderful!
A couple of things…showers/baths need floor mats, the propane tanks seemed all empty, the linen closet should be more organized(we had to dig through everything to find washcloths).
Our concierge was available if we had questions and response was quick.
This was our first experience so we were all (7 of us) quite impressed with the home and felt comfortable and relaxed. The dogs loved the yard. Most fun ever!

This is a great house in a wonderful neighborhood! House was clean and comfortable and host was very responsive and accommodating. Listing info and photos were very accurate. Close to great walking paths, restaurants and stores. Highly recommend this property and we will book this again next time we are in Reno.

Great place to stay.
Nice house, extremely clean, quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for the 4 of us playing in a nearby golf tournament.

Awesome House, Awesome Host
The property was absolutely beautiful and in a nice, quiet neighborhood not far from town. Host was a great communicator and was flexible with our travel issues to get in and with our stay. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

The house was perfect for my family. My two grandsons enjoyed the playroom and my 2 king caviliers and grandsons loved the backyard and walks in the neighborhood.
