Carol’s Cottage was a perfect vacation spot for our family! Very clean, plenty of room, and the dock was amazing!

This home was so roomy and clean! Had everything we needed and more for our stay. It was a perfect stay and we will definitely come back! Can’t say enough about the character and charm as well as care of the home and surrounding area:)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a lovely time here! The house is beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of space for all of us to gather for meals and games. Wonderful home!

We had a great stay! Check in was super easy and kitchen facilities met all our needs. Clean. Close to Smith Lake Park for ramp access. Highly recommended for adults. Would have given 5 stars but the second story height deck was not safe for children. Horizontal wires were too far apart. We had to continually remind our 8 y/o and 4y/o to stay away from the edge for fear they could slip through the wires.

Best vacation!

We had a family of 10 staying at Carols Cottage, we had plenty of room. The boys played on the dock even after getting off the boat! And there is no telling how many times they jumped off the top deck! They enjoyed moving rocks to see how tall they could stack them up! The water is some of the cleanest we have seen(being from Mississippi). The house had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom! We loved the wood floors! Beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the deck and the windows looking over the lake! Very relaxing the best vacation we have been on in a while! We did bring all groceries and took sandwiches out on the boat! So we didn’t have to leave other than to go out on the boat. We definitely stay here again!
