Questa bella casa è solo una casa dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia in Sud Rehoboth. Camminare a soli 3 isolati a tutti i ristoranti del centro, negozi e divertimenti.

Al 3 ° livello, ci sono due zone giorno, uno con una grande TV e lettore dvd, insieme con la cucina, zona pranzo e Master Suite. Ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza, comprese le camere da letto. Soleggiato, spaziose e ben arredate, tra cui pavimenti in legno, troverete tutto quello che volete nella cucina completamente attrezzata. Il grande tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 10 con 4 sedie aggiuntive al bar. C'è un seggiolone, se necessario.

Il 2 ° livello ha quattro camere da letto e due bagni spaziosi, insieme a una sala attività fornita di libri e una TV da 50 pollici. C'è anche una veranda riparata. Vi è una spaziosa lavanderia che ha un frigorifero di dimensioni / freezer extra quindi non c'è bisogno di continuare a correre al negozio. Vari ponti con un sacco di mobili a tutti i livelli tra cui piedi di una vedova sul tetto per godersi il sole e vista panoramica.

Al 1 ° livello, c'è una grande zona separata dietro il garage per memorizzare la vostra attrezzatura spiaggia e biciclette. C'è un parcheggio fuori strada per 4 auto: uno in garage e il resto in due passi carrai. Dietro il 1 ° livello è una griglia in acciaio a gas, tavolo da pic-nic, bagno completo e una doccia esterna separata completamente chiusa.

It’s all about location! Steps to beach, restaurants and Fun land. The house is very spacious. Plenty of room to spread out.Fourth bathroom listed as “ground floor” is actually only accessible from the outside but very handy for bathroom trips from the beach. Great outdoor shower.

Great house. Plenty of room for a large family gathering. Everything was in good condition and the location right off the boardwalk/beach can't be beat.

Perfect house for a large family beach vacation.

The size, location and condition of this house was perfect for our family beach vacation. Just steps from the sand and sea. And close (but not too close...i.e. beyond the noise) to all of the boardwalk fun that is available.

Rehoboth Vacation 2023

We loved the house, the beach and the boardwalk. We haven't been together as a family since 2019, so it was wonderful to meet up at Rehoboth for the week.

Spacious, comfortable, and great location

Perfect for a large or extended family getaway. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Large kitchen and dining table for in-home cooking and dining. Just a few steps to the boardwalk and lovely beach. Easy, easy walking to Funland and all the great Rehoboth restaurants. Never had to venture to Rt. 1 the entire week!

Great house in a great location!

We really enjoyed staying here, it was our second stay in this house. So close to the beach, boardwalk, and Funland. The house itself is spacious and clean, with lots of outside porches with ocean views. Nice big dining table for large families. We hope to stay here again!

Another Great Vacation

This property has it all! We especially appreciate the proximity to the beach, Funland and town. The living spaces are comfortable and warm, the kitchen well appointed and the layout functional and practical. We are looking forward to returning next year!

We had a stellar multifamily vacation staying at this house. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessary items for cooking and serving large groups of people. We never worried about parking because the host provided six spaces which made the stay so much easier for us. The view was spectacular and the beach and boardwalk were mere steps away. The location is absolutely wonderful. We could take the kids down the boardwalk for ice cream and games or to the ocean at a moment’s notice. People could come and go in and out of the house from the beach at their leisure. Being close meant everybody enjoyed walking out to the beach in the evening as well. Little things like having the outside shower, beach chairs, and the extra fridge also went a long way. My only recommendation for guests would be to bring an air mattress if they have any kids who plan on sleeping on the pullout couch. This is a very minor thing as we all know pull out couches aren’t known for comfort! Nonetheless, we already have confirmed our reservation for next year! Thanks again to Stacey for her excellent communication. Our stay really was a breeze.

Annual Beach Week

We have been going to Rehoboth/North Shores for over 40 years and have stayed in a variety of places. As our family has grown, 3 Stockley accommodates everyone with lovely spaces. The biggest plus, of course, is the wonderful location. We hope to return often.

The house is perfectly situated on the boardwalk and is an easy walk to the beach and anything in Rehoboth center area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, drinks and serving take out. Lots of nice outdoor areas, There are beach chairs and umbrellas, and even a corn hole set and play area in the back. Good parking for 4 cars. A/C worked great.We were only disappointed in 2 things - no linens are provided (beds and towels). Also, there is no crib for babies. Otherwise, the place is well equipped. The owner was very responsive to questions and I felt confident they would help us if we had any issues (which we didn't).

Great beach house in great location

This was our first time renting a house at Rehoboth, and based on this very good experience, we won't be booking hotels again. The location is superb--just steps away from the boardwalk & beach, and a quick 10 minute walk up the boardwalk to the main Rehoboth attractions. The house itself has ample space and is laid out nicely. The top (3rd) floor has a large living & dining space as well as fully-stocked kitchen. The dining area has a large table that easily accommodates 10 people. The master bedroom is also on this floor; there is a full bath in the master & another half bath on this floor. The middle/main floor has 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths: 2 with queen beds (good for adults), 1 with 2 twins, and 1 with two bunk beds (4 total, great for kids). It also has a laundry room with washer & dryer. At ground level is a one-car garage, storage space, an outdoor patio/grill area in the back, and a full outdoor bathroom. The house, furniture & furnishings have been maintained nicely. We did have two minor problems with the house during our stay--one with the washing machine and one with the garage door opener--but the owner was very attentive and both were fixed during our stay. There is also WiFi, although reception can be spotty and speeds a bit on the slow side. Overall, this was a very nice house to stay at for our week-long beach trip. It was much more comfortable and convenient than a hotel, and the proximity to the beach was a big plus.

Great stay

Absolutely perfect location. Wonderful house. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, but we did some miscellaneous cleaning that the crews were skipping, such as windows, tables, etc. Overall the house is in very good shape. Some minor handy work is needed, but nothing out of the ordinary. Easy communication with the managers. We've stayed at dozens of houses in Rehoboth over the years, and this one is probably our favorite find so far. We hope to return to it next year.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We have been enjoying the Delaware Beaches our whole lives. Rehoboth Beach is a great place for families and friends to vacation. We enjoy the shopping and great variety of restaurants and love that most everything is in walking distance to our home. Stockley Street has a great beach, away from the more crowded area around Rehoboth Ave. - while still remaining close to everything.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The house is great for big groups and families. There's so much room, you'll never feel you're in anyone's way. And the house has a great open floor plan in the kitchen/living areas. The house is only one house from both the beach and boardwalk - it's so easy to make a trip to the boardwalk for an after dinner ice cream cone - a family ritual we love!
