We completely understand how the leak and the sofa bed discomfort affected your visit, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our maintenance team did notice the small drip leak and had a plumber on standby to make the repair. However, we reached out to you for access and unfortunately didn’t receive a response, so we were unable to proceed while the home was occupied. The issue was repaired immediately upon your departure. As for the sofa bed, we appreciate your honest input. We’ve taken note of your comments and are already looking into replacing the mattress to improve comfort for future guests. We truly regret that your stay wasn’t as enjoyable as it should have been. Your feedback is important to us, and we’re committed to making improvements.
