When I arrived, it smelled not good, all the bedding smelled like the food was recently cooked and wasn’t fresh. The toilet with shower was dirty with hairs. It’s impossible to reach a management team, when I tried to call them It was always maintenance team and when I asked how can I call a proper team, because I forgot a perfume they told me they don’t have a phone number.

Very unclean and falsely advertised. Room is very small as compared to pictures. No proper linen. Shampoo and body was are the same. Very unhygienic.

Location was ok. Just down the street from the hop on hop off trolley stop. The bed was great, but didn’t have fitted sheets so we went and bought a set of sheets. Furniture is worn down, except the bed, and the lamps flickered. The worst was the communication with the host. We didn’t get ANY check-in information until 3:13pm the day we were suppose to check-in at 4pm. I ended up having to call support to make sure that we were at the right spot. Then when we got to the room, the room door was ajar. The door was difficult to close and occasionally wouldn’t shut and lock. The attached hotel has a nice restaurant and a bakery for the mornings.

Grand studio confortable, avec une très grande fenêtre (toute la largeur), avec vue directe sur le canal, dans un bel immeuble moderne, avec piscine, jacuzzi, buanderie et salle de sport.La plage est facilement accessible à pieds (waikiki à environ 1km). Un 7-eleven est à 2 pas, et une petite boutique est aussi présente dans le hall de l'immeuble

Great value for downtown Honolulu

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed here for just under two weeks and enjoyed having access to the pool, gym, and laundry during our stay. I would describe the building as a little old, but well maintained and clean - especially the common areas. The location is perfect for any type of traveler visiting Honolulu.

Worth the Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Besides having to pay $40 a night for parking. The condo was actually in a quiet location in Waikiki. The bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant experience.

This caused some unnecessary stress and confusion, leading us to contact support for assistance. Additionally, when we finally arrived at the room, we found the door slightly ajar, which was concerning.On a positive note, the attached hotel had a nice restaurant where we enjoyed a meal, and a bakery where we could grab breakfast in the mornings. Overall, while the location and bed were satisfactory, the lack of communication and maintenance issues were disappointing.
