We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean, lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, and an ideal/safe location. There's a bit of wear and tear here and there, but nothing to disrupt our comfort or safety. It was very enjoyable.

Recently returned from a weekend stay at this home. I was exactly as described. Thoroughly cleaned, comfortable, well decorated and in a quiet residential neighborhood. I was there for a Savannah Bananas game and location was very convenient. If I come back I hope to rent this place again if it is available. Oscar was quick to respond to the messages I sent. Messages were primarily questions . No issues.

Interior is as cute as can be. Charming. Tastefully decorated. Outside was neat also. (We didn't use it, though.) No problems with neighbors even though this is a residential neighborhood with houses close together. Narrow streets and limited parking. But it was just us-a group of 4 with one vehicle. Would stay here again if in the area.

Short Back to School Trip

Decided to take my niece and nephew on a quick getaway before school start to do some school shopping and spend sometime together. We really enjoyed the space and the natural lighting was perfect.

We very much appreciated the ability to bring our dog with us and the fully fenced in backyard. The property is nestled within a local neighborhood located conveniently to services, downtown Savannah and Tybee Island areas. While it was fully functional and tidy, the quality of finishes, maintenance of yard, and equipment in kitchen were serviceable rather than a treat for vacation. Again, I appreciate the prompt responses to any issue or question and the lower cost per day than other properties available. I would encourage a change to the shower hardware.

Oscar was wonderful to deal with. The property was clean, inside and out. The beds, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside firepit area and patio. The house is close to everything we needed. It's nestled in a nice neighborhood between downtown and Tybee Island, so you are just minutes away from everything.

Great location and experience

Property was very clean and we had everything needed to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was roughly midway between Savannah and Tybee Island beaches so we were able to access both easily. Oscar was easy to reach and communicated well over our stay.

A Great Stay

This property was perfect for our stay in Savannah for the weekend. It was in great proximity to downtown and the college. It was very clean and had all the amenities. Oscar was an incredible host! He was timely with his responses and with anything nneeded.

The photos definitely highlight the good and hide the bad. “Misleading” would be an understatement, while calling this property a “paradise” would be a significant overstatement.The property gives the impression that maximizing the owners’ return with minimal investment is the primary theme. Very little TLC appears to have gone into the property. It feels like cleaning is about the extent of the ongoing upkeep, with updates and improvements seemingly not on the agenda.The property is dated, with worn cabinets, grimy bathrooms, chipped paint, and other signs of wear throughout (e.g. the master shower head clearly isn’t designed for the space). Even the TVs in the bedrooms are extremely small, about the size of a computer monitor. The 500 security deposit for a property charging 270 per night also feels excessive and is difficult to justify given the condition of the home.That said, it’s not a terrible property for the price. It’s functional and certainly livable, but the presentation online sets expectations that the actual property doesn’t quite meet. I’m a frequent traveler, so I recognize that I may have higher standards than some guests. But objectively, I think the owners could invest a little more into the property and improve the overall guest experience. There’s a decent property underneath it all, but it feels like it’s being operated for maximum return rather than maximum guest satisfaction.

Clean!!! That is always impressive when booking with a pet friendly space. It was functional and the yard was a pretty big bonus!!! My family and I was there to drop our daughter off for her first semester of college and it comfoting to return to a place that felt like a good hug.

Beautiful Modern Home

We enjoyed our short stay there while visiting family on Wilmington Island. The neighborhood was safe and the home was meticulously well cared for. I do wish we had more time to enjoy the backyard. We will definitely book this place when we come back! Thank you for making our visit stress-free!

Great comfortable house near Savannah

Check in was great communication with owner was flawless. The house was just like the pictures the kitchen and dinning room was perfect place to make some meals. There is a convenience store just minutes away. It is also easy to go in and out to Savannah. Me and the family can’t wait to go back

Super clean property

The property was as described and fit our needs very well. The home was very clean which makes my stay much more comfortable. Lots of fans and good working air conditioning which is also important with humid temperatures. Easily accessible to Tybee, Savannah and surrounding areas. The YMCA has a great trail and is close by. We would stay here again when in area.

Great Getaway!

Savannah was the perfect place for the holidays to meet up with my parents who were coming from Florida. And we came down from Virginia. The place was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and made the check out process very easy. Next time would like to take advantage of the fire pit! Everything is close by! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Savannah.

Great backyard and location

This space was a wonderful stay for our group of four and two dogs. The backyard was absolutely the star of the show. The fully fenced in yard allowed our two pups to stretch their legs. Although it was about a 10 to 15 minute drive into downtown Savannah, we preferred location for its peaceful quietness. The local coffee shops and restaurants were also great. The house itself was a little small but was perfect for our group and what we needed. I would definitely recommend this location for any travelers
