Lynn was great to work with! We had constant communication with her, which was a huge plus! The location of the condo was perfect for our family vacation with our small grandchildren. The gated back porch, near the pool and grills was absolutely perfect!

Great location. Walk straight out to the pool, very short distance to the beach. It is located in a prime location, not far from anything. The host is amazing. Very clear and prompt communication. I will definitely stay with this host again.

Had a great visit and a wonderful time. My hostess was very accommodating and very nice. I would highly recommend a stay. Clean, neat and pet family with a beautiful view of the beach!

Perfect location for pool and beach access. We had a lovely time? The space was perfect and it was pet friendly. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you for lending us your condo!

This unit was our first time staying on 1st floor!! It was great right by pool steps to ocean, right by dog walk, we have old dog and it was very convenient for her! The unit had everything you need! Recliners, great TV’s, nice patio with gate right out to pool and grill, and dog walk, and ocean of course!! Thank you so much for sharing your condo!!

Overall the room was okay. Great views and good pool. Things we weren’t happy with:- floors hadn’t been mopped..our feet were black before bed time. - remotes had not been wiped down- Sand in the sheets in the middle bedroom with queen bed upon arrival- Mattress on the fold out cot for my child looked like it had been peed on. He ended up sleeping with me instead. - Queen mattresses are hard as concrete. Very uncomfortable for those sleeping on them. - Construction in front was rough for us because my Dad is handicapped so we weren’t able to pull in front to unload and load vehicle. - Need a better light on the back porch - Toilet brushes were gross - Towels are a little worn out. Could use replacing. - Sand spurs are horrible but out of your control I know. The dog walk on tower one side has tons of dog poop, sand spurs and broken glass everywhere. - It was hot not being able to turn air down past 71- check in process is a lot of things to fill out and pretty sure I was overcharged but never got a receipt for check in.- check out instructions say wipe down counters but no cleaning supplies provided for this.

Great access to beach and pool! My only thing was that I wish we knew to bring toilet paper, trash bags as well as paper towels! There was enough of each for the first day or two but you definitely need to go stock up if you’re staying more than 2 days! This might be normal for rentals, I’m not sure, but maybe just a note on the listing that the rental is stocked well but be sure to grab supplies for stays longer than 2 days could be helpful!

Fantastic stay

The Grand Panama is a wonderful place to stay on the beach. The condo was fantastic and convenient location. It was super clean and furnished with everything we needed during our stay. Lynn is a terrific host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. She’s the best. We plan to make this a yearly vacation spot.

We had an amazing time with our kids and grandkids! The condo is very spacious and the perfect location for grands to have easy access to the pool. We’ve stayed in this unit several times over the last few years. Lynn, the owner is a great!!

Great Stay by the beach

Host was amazing! Had direct contact with the property manager and they checked in on us to see if we needed anything or just had any questions. Kids wanted to stay longer!

Pool view and you have privacy due to hedges, but very limited beach view. Large condo with reading chairs and tv in every bedroom. Pool is very nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Location is great. Dogs can’t be around pool or beach, but it’s nice to being able to bring them along.
